This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit accommodates the needs of all types of travelers that want a cozy place to relax after a long day out and about.

The condo is located in building 8, within the quietness of the conservation area.

Includes two queen beds and two single beds. Fans and flat screen TV’s in each of the bedrooms and the family room. Fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect location

We werenlooking for a place outside orlando but not a long drive which makes this place the perfect place. Pool and gym is a plus for thw young adults. Gated community which give us peace of mind. The price is just great for our budget.

Perfect Location

I rented this condo to stay while my daughter competed in Cheerleading Worlds. This was a perfect location. Close to several great restaurants. Easy access to ESPN WWOS and the Disney Parks. The owner was also very gracious and accommodating when we needed a late check out on our last day. Would definitely stay again.

We took the youngster to Disney and Sea World. Accommodations good but traffic daunting. Some trouble initially finding the spot because of not identifying the entrance to the complex. Weather did not permit full use of the facilities.

I stayed at this condo instead of the hotel of a conference I attended and boy am I glad I did! The condo was well cared for and felt just like home. It was a great place to end my long days. I didn't get a chance to take full advantage of the Tuscana amenities but what I did see was well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future visits. The property is simply lovely. Great dining space, all the needed appliances for cooking/cleaning, and very close to the Omni for my daughter’s soccer event. My daughter had her own comfortable room and my college-aged daughter was able to come down from UF to watch her little sister play (and get her own room to boot!). Communication with Denise was very easy and very responsive (nothing wrong with unit; just updated number of people staying in unit) and she graciously left a bottle of wine, cookies, and coffee (both ground and k cups) much to our delight! We will definitely book here again as this was a wonderful experience! Thank you!!!

Excellent!

Great comfortable condo…stocked with everything you need! Beautiful pool area. Love that it’s gated. Cute little touches of a bottle of wine and some chocolate waiting for us. Very nice stay -would stay again absolutely.

Lovely

Very clean and comfortable. The unit was well stocked, beds were comfy. One issue is the site description stated on site restaurant and poolside bar- neither was available. Overall good experience
