The Space:

As soon as your arrive, you’ll want to slide open the large glass doors and step out into your private backyard oasis. The pool and spa create the ultimate relaxation zone, with water spilling gently from the spa into the pool, while four chaise loungers, a dining table for six, and a cozy fire pit with armchairs and a loveseat invite you to lounge and linger. Guests of all ages will love the pool’s hoop game and the two floating in-water chaise loungers. The fully fenced yard with partial privacy landscaping makes it feel like your own private escape. This airy pool deck features an outdoor shower.



Back inside, this spacious home welcomes up to 14 guests with style and comfort. The living room is bright and airy, featuring an L-shaped sectional, a smart TV, an aesthetic fireplace, and plenty of natural light. For entertainment, you’ll also find a ping pong table, a XBOX 360, a karaoke machine and a seamless flow into the kitchen and dining area. The chef’s kitchen offers white cabinetry, grey granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized C-shaped island with seating for four, while the adjacent dining table for six is perfect for sit-down meals. A built-in wall desk to the side makes it easy to balance a bit of work or planning during your stay.



Upstairs, the loft doubles as a fun-filled game room with a smart TV, sofa, foosball, air hockey, a hoops game, and a XBOX 1—plus a stand-up style desk and stools for two in the hallway loft, perfect for gaming setups or quiet work. With thoughtful touches, abundant space, and endless ways to relax and play, the Disney Retreat at Encore Resort is designed to make your Orlando vacation unforgettable.



This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 6 private bedrooms as well as a queen size bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the loft that doubles as a game room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a desk with printer, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single oversized vanity and a walk-in shower, shared with bedroom #5.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, a sitting area with 2 chairs, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #4.



Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to a balcony with a small table for 2, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available. You must give your name at the guard station before proceeding to the home. Overflow parking is available.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway and street area.

• Miscellaneous Fee(s):

There is also a Playground and Dog Park nearby Liberty Bluff. An additional Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center are located nearby Grand Traverse Parkway.

CDD amenities are available for use by property owners, non-resident members, renters, and guests regardless of Reunion Resort or Encore Club membership status.



This home is perfectly situated—restaurants, shops, and essentials are only minutes away, while you remain in a relaxing, gated resort community. You’ll have access to Terra Verde’s full suite of amenities—clubhouse, pool & spa, courts, trails, and resort-style facilities. Depending on traffic, Walt Disney World may take 15 to 25 minutes, with Universal and SeaWorld more likely 20 to 35 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is generally reachable in 25 to 35 minutes, and popular shopping districts and Disney Springs are typically within 15 to 25 minutes.
