'Disney Villa' our Beautiful Villa with Large Sunny sun trap Pool deck with Spa

Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi.
We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and webcam, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun.

Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available.

We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player.

We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings.

Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe.

We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests

Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on.

If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away.

5 night stay for two adults and two tweens. Perfect, private location. A bit farther from Disney parks than thought, but would consider staying again. House was very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and lots of opportunities to chill in different areas if two families wanted to share I think it would be great. Very quiet neighborhood.

Terri was amazing. She answered questions promptly and was extremely friendly. The house was very warm and inviting. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of providing us with a refreshing stay. Although there were only three of us, this house provided room for many more. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. The location was good if you wanted to do things, but we chose to just relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy the pool. The game area was fun since we decided to just enjoy the down time. I would highly recommend this vacation home if you want a very clean, nice place to stay.

Good place to stay if you don’t want to use the pool, fans, or trash cans.

This house is a spacious beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It has a fun game room for kids or adults. However the pool wasn’t heated, the trash cans were full (the same day they were supposed to be emptied) and the fans when you turned them on made a grinding sound like they were about to fall off the ceiling. Our stay was over Thanksgiving week but couldn’t get ahold of the property manager about the pool, so we couldn’t use it. Overall it fit our needs for what we were doing and would probably stay here again. Like I said in the beginning it is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood.

2nd time we stayed here and this house and location is perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Went to Universal and Legoland and it's conveniently located between both. Several nearby restaurants and stores. The pool and game room is great! The beds are soft, plenty of towels. We didn’t cook but seemed like there were plenty of kitchen supplies. Neighborhood was quiet. We would likely stay here again if we're visiting the Orlando area.

Quiet time

Overall was a great place to come home to after being out. Quiet, lots of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood on the outskirts of the business of Orlando/Kissamee. Its about hr and half drive to clearwater and about hr and half drive to Cocoa beach. We were able to enjoy both the sunset and sunrise. I recommend spending time at each place. Fun spot and Old Town were 20-30 away. Great location overall.

My husband and I booked this place for three nights as we wanted a place near Disney World since my family was spending time in and around there during the week, and we were going to spend a little time here and there with them. So glad my husband and I chose this house. He and I spent our daytime hours in the pool, which was perfectly heated. Not sure what the temperature was set on, but it was better than just right! Catching up with family in the evening, it was super easy to drive to the Animal Kingdom and to Disney Springs from the house (the two places we visited, but the rest of Disney is just as easily accessible, I imagine). After, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub which was the perfect segue into a great night's rest. The master bed was perfect! Though it was only two of us staying there, a larger party (up to eight, I think?) can comfortably stay there and not be on top of one another the entire time. Very good for families/groups going to Disney but not wishing to stay in the parks (understandable!). Terri is also a great host - super responsive! I really hope to come back!

Had a great trip, layout is great, very comfortable. Nice kitchen with plenty of plates, etc. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap for the bathrooms, also will need to buy paper towels and toilet paper if staying more than a few days, also laundry soap. A Public’s and Wal Mart are close though. Pool is very nice and plenty of furniture outside.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was as described. We are looking at coming back next year and this will be the 1st house we look at for availability. The villa is close to disney but the I-4 is incredibly busy every morning/ day & night. Give yourself an hour for disney and roughly 1.5 hours for Universal. We knew this before booking the villa, we just love the area so much. We have stayed on Tuscan Ridge before, do not hesitate to book. The communication with the property management is amazing.
