I actually enjoyed the hotel until I returned home & checked my bank statement. I was charged for valet when I’ve never parked in valet or the garage. I called the hotel & the receptionist was very rude stating valet wouldn’t add a charge if they didn’t have my car key & room #. I explained valet never had my car key or room #! They couldn’t even say what type of car I drove!

This property is well maintained for an older hotel built in 1985. All of the staff we encountered we attentive and friendly. There qere a few hiccups with the parking garage and using our room to to exit and enter the first day/night. The hotel's FOM tookcare of that thenext day. Convenient, comfortable, quiet. This is now my new go-to hotel to getaway from the chaos of the tourist areas of Orlando.
