The home is situated in the gate community of Champions Gate. We have vacationed there many times in similar properties. Check-in and check-out was easy. Communication was quick. My husband and I wanted a nice comfortable familiar home for six weeks in an excellent development at a reasonable cost. The house was fine except it was not maintained to the high standard that you would expect in a quality development. Sadly it was not maintained and it showed as it was in very poor condition. The cleaning was awful, the floors unwashed and dirty, blinds broken on both sliding doors living room seating consisted of a 2 seat sofa that really needed replacing and two scruffy leatherette chairs, broken glass coffee table. The bar stools were so worn the lining was showing through. The towels were basic small hand towels and next size up, no large bath sheets, or tea towels and no bathroom mats. Outside the pool furniture was the same damaged well worn torn seat pads. The business licence six months out of date. The bed sheets were the incorrect size. The master bed wardrobe was padlocked as it was broken. We contacted the management, their response was generic, offering to repair the blinds, ignoring everything else. We enjoyed our vacation, but to stay in a home just unloved and uncared for was disappointing. We will not share photos
