• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Awesome place to stay when visiting Disney World!!

The house was wonderful, clean, with plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate all 10 of us. The host provided excellent communication and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!!

Excellent stay…

We really enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and we didn’t get to use the pool much. Great space for the 20 people we had. The game room got a lot of use. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at Storey Lake for several years and have never had issues like i did this stay. I had to submitt a work ticket twice to have Pest Control spray the property for cockroachs. The pool stopped filtering after our 5th day. A portion of the screen was completly ripped out on the bottom, making it easy access for the wildlife. There were only 2 towels per bathroom, so 10 in total when we had 13 people and the house sleeps 22. There was not enough silverwear for everyone, no dishtowels. Mold was growing in the water dispenser try on the fridge. There was no mop so i couldnt even clean if i wanted to. The games in the game room were broken so we couldnt even utilize that. There is no garage like the discription said. All in all i will book a property at storey lake again, but it will definitely not be this property.

Family gathering

The games in the game room were not all working. The house was lovely. The backyard was great plenty of seating. Plenty of dishes a little light on silverware. We had an issue with the towels, but it was addressed very quickly by the owner. At first some of my guests had trouble getting into the gate, but That was also address very quickly They there were no dish towels or cutting boards. all in all, this was a fabulous place to stay. We would book here again.
