Thank you for your review. I am not sure exactly what needs the updating? Could you be more specific. The place was newly renovated about three years ago. I don’t think a 4 star rating is a fair rating on a place that has always received 5 stars and everyone is saying how great it is. I’m sorry you don’t feel that adequate enough for you.

Good stay w dogs
Posted Dec. 27, 2023 on HomeAwayGood location if traveling with dogs. Area was good to walk the dogs. House suited our needs. Kitchen was great. Nice new cabinets and appliances. Was well stocked with utensils/plates etc. to allow us to eat at the house a lot. Owner very responsive to any inquiries. Easy to get to Disney parks.

Nice place
Posted Nov. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayI was just here a few days to visit family. This was a nice place to stay with my dog. The AC worked beautifully…the thermostat said it was 70, and I didn’t touch it. Comfy place to stay.

Could have been better
Posted Dec. 14, 2022 on HomeAwayOverall, the house is ok - but the bed is awful and the couch smells like dog. It was very overpowering. There is severe moisture in the home - all of our clothes were damp every day. Did not care for the camera at the door - seems a bit of an invasion of privacy. It should not be on when guests are staying there. Cute neighborhood with lots of amenities.

Thank you for your review. When you say the bed is awful, what do are you referring to exactly? I will have the AC checked out to see what is the issue with the moisture. I will have to get the couch washed. I’m glad you mentioned it. No one has mentioned it in the past. We do have guests that bring their furry friends because it is a pet friendly home and a pet friendly community. As far as the camera, it is outside, so there’s really no invasion of privacy. When I purchased the property it was already there. It is allowed by the standards of Vrbo and other platforms.
