There are plenty of activities to keep you active during your stay with a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Tiki bar, a resort-style pool, a game room, and even a state-of-the-art fitness center. (Regarding resort amenities, please note that our organization cannot assume responsibility for their availability. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management.)

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay. Please contact the resort concierge for further details.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Other Things to Note:

Parking: The parking spots are in front of the townhouse.

All guests over 18 years old are required to register in the gate system.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.

Additional Services (requires extra payment):

Pool heat ($35 a day)
Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.
The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Grill Rental
4 Burner ($105/week)
Please send your grill request 1 week before your arrival.
Please note that the oil pan should be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.

Check in and check out

We have a firm check-in time at 4PM
We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season and pandemic.
Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival.
Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities.
