Enjoy the private pool, movie theater, and custom game room, or take advantage of free access to the Oasis Clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, lazy river, water park, tennis courts, and more.

Pool and spa access are included with your booking. The pool and spa are heated with an additional $40 per day plus tax and must be purchased for the entire duration of the booking. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool and spa heating during your stay. Please note that pool heating may not be effective when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F.

The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking. Note: The community permits each property up to 6 vehicles and does not permit Charter Buses, RVs, Trailers, Boats, Slingshots, Golf Carts, and Campers.
