Tropical and peaceful, this 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with private pool, spa and game room is perfect for your family vacation!







Located on 'Glenbrook' a quiet, high-end development on the outskirts of the city of Clermont FL. Only a few minutes walk from the nearest convenience store and only 10 miles from Disney and 25 miles from Universal Studios, you're close enough to all attractions but far enough to enjoy 'local Florida' and be out of the hustle and bustle. You will have a two-car drive to park your own vehicle(s), there is not many bus routes around the area so we recommend having your own transportation.







This villa will sleep 10 adults comfortably and is beautifully decorated with a relaxed tropical theme that anyone can enjoy! The pool and spa is covered by a large lanai and is NOT overlooked by any other property, it faces on to a reservation area creating a very quiet and peaceful setting.



Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

The stay was great. One small issue with the Spa but the property owner was Johnny on the spot and was repaired in a very prompt manner. The home is somewhat dated but had everything we needed. The community was nice, clean and quiet. The best asset of this home is the owners and property managers fast response to issues. We would stay at this wonderful home again.

The house is tastefully decorated and furnished with everything needed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers great. We had to deal with tiny ants but I feel that's a common Florida problem. I would suggest more places to hang towels which has been an issue at every house we've rented. This house is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy family!!

It was nice. The refrigerator has a water leak from the lower left side under the freezer. Master bathroom toilet light was out. The pool heat was great, but the lights and spa weren't working. The TV controllers had leaking AA batteries. My son said that he saw mold in the upstairs bathroom.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Haus. Im großen und Ganzen war es ok. Leider ist das Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Outdoor-Möbel waren teilweise sehr verschließen. Der Pool war wirklich schön und sauber auch die Möglichkeit Billard und Kickern zu spielen war super. Wäre schön, wenn das Mobiliar ausgetauscht werden würde, dann wären mehr Sterne drin.
