Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues.When we arrived, the master bathroom was dirty and required cleaning before we could use it. There was dirt and lint on the floor, the sink was dirty, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. The toilet seat was also loose.We reported that the guest bathroom shower was clogged and draining very slowly. Although a replacement bath rug was delivered, no one came to repair the shower during our stay.The overall cleanliness of the property was below expectations. We found multiple hairs on the bedding and comforters, stained sheets, dust and debris under furniture, and a dirty washing machine drum. Most concerning was finding a used feminine hygiene product underneath furniture in the master bedroom, which should have been discovered during cleaning.For a property that charges a cleaning fee, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. While the location may work for some travelers, the condition of the property and the lack of resolution to reported issues negatively affected our stay.Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
