The place had cockroaches and the “manager” jhennette refused to help. When I asked for a refund to relocate she said no, then upon check out when asked how everything was and I said obviously bad she said “you could have left”. Yet she wouldn’t cancel my stay

I was very happy overall with this hotel. The remote in my room was not working but I was given a new one right away. The power curtain was broken but the front desk notated this so I wouldn’t be blamed for it. The hotel was close to all. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice property, with a great staff. Room was nice. The hotel is VERY hidden off international drive, pay attention. great parking. Breakfast area was nice, most food was good, but the powered water EGGS were terrible.
