It's a beautiful place, we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would like because of other arrangements. But definitely will be back.

The hotel had a very convenient location across from SeaWorld and a terrific pool area with newer pools and hot tubs. The location is great for everything in Orlando but it’s important to note that the facility had 10 different buildings so it was a huge facility. We ran into issues because we stayed there for seven days and they were repaving multiple parking lots so there was only parking available near our hotel building 1 of the 7 nights and we had to find spaces very far away the other nights, often late at night which was difficult. The cleaning staff also only came once during our stay which was surprising. It’s a mixed facility so some units were owned and others were nightly hotel guests. The water was also terrible and smelled of sulfur and the hotel gave all guests coupons for 1 free water or coffee a day from the shop in the lobby.

Overall our stay was really nice! Our room was spacious enough for two people (studio) and was in a corner so there was not really any noise to be heard from neighbors or people outside. One thing is that I wish the bathroom in the room was a bit more cleanly. The floor looked like it needed a good scrub vs mop. Also, the property only does housekeeping if you’re staying 5 nights? Maybe to reduce on staffing costs but we stayed 3 nights and it would be nice for them to come at least once. Another thing that was slightly frustrating is that the front desk didn’t mention the lots would be paved upon check-in. We were told that we could park in the lot by our building and when we got there, the lot was closed off due to paving/work. First it was our building lot, followed by the next one and so forth. This caused a lot of commotion because people didn’t know where to park at first and then some were making their own spots. Luckily we didn’t mind walking from the other side of the resort to our building but I can see this being a bigger issue for people with small children or elderly folks. Again, we had a really nice stay at this resort overall! It was just minor things that came up.
