Our family of 6 stayed here this past week. The location is amazing… Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a 3 bedroom ground floor unit. It was very spacious no complaints there. The units were clean but carpets were dirty and furniture and amenities are outdated. And the BUGS… all over our unit. Bugs everywhere. Also a critter of some sort made it into our unit - there was a gab under the door about 1.5” to the outside… we rolled up towels to place here. It was affordable compared to other hotels, but for the Hilton name I did expect more. We should have done an air bnb for the same money.

This was our second time staying here, the rooms are spacious, and the location is great, close to most everything to do in Orlando. Our neighbors children were a bit noisy, but quieted down after I politely asked them to calm down, and told them that other people were staying there as well! I would stay here again.

No I do not want to buy a timeshare!

Air conditioner did not cool the room off. It was noisy from side street Room was on the third floor and no elevators, not sure how that would be ADA acceptable. The young man that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating but I don’t like that you have to go to a second desk in the lobby to get your parking pass.

Got a three bedroom but really Was a two bedroom w/ a connecting efficiency so wasn’t ideal. The beds are extremely uncomfortable the room was dark outdated and the showers were not very clean. If looking for a quick stay it’s ok but not the greatest option out there

Staff was nice quick service. Room was cleaned very well. Two things we were not happy with. The bedroom pillows were very uncomfortable. We had 5 people in our group and no one liked the pillows. Caused us to lose sleep. In the smaller bedroom quite a bit of light comes in from the hallway. This also caused a problem when trying to sleep.

Think twice

They have no elevator and despite calling ahead we didn’t have a first floor room which was needed for my friend with mobility challenges. Tv and dryer needed to be repaired, and place was musty, refrigerator froze our food. While maitainence was helpful it was a lot of disruption. The pool isn’t monitored and there were a lot of intoxicated people there most of the night

Not even close to Hilton standards, no service for 7 days, you have to take your trash out by yourself and pick up towels and toilet paper from reception building. Shower cabin is inside the room I never see something like this before. Location is the only plus of this resort , very close to attraction 10-15 min drive.
