This hotel is located very close to Universal Studios and included breakfast so that’s why I chose it. The pool was not working except for 1 day while we stayed so the grands were disappointed and the pull out sofa was not in good condition. Also ants got in my car while parked on the property.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on International Drive! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the front desk team. Every agent I interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend!

The elevators sounded like they would break down at any second. They shook with every stop and when I addressed it with the person at the front desk, they rudely asked me to look at the elevator certification on the wall. This is done yearly so it wasn’t much comfort and it wasn’t the way to respond about a customer concern. The deadbolt on our door seemed to have been repaired improperly and prevented the door from closing on its own. The pool area was nice, the beds were comfortable.

6 night stay

Stay was used to visit the universal Parks nearby. Rooms with neat and immaculate with good housekeeping. Hotel was clean breakfast was amazing and the front desk help was great. The only problem I had with the place was the elevators LOL they were two slow and pretty rough actually a lot of banging. No complaints everything was great thank you
