would rate this hotel five stars overall; however, as a guest, I feel it is important to note a few minor observations. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of dining and shopping options, which made getting around very easy. Scooters are readily available, which was especially helpful after long days of walking. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I truly appreciated the complimentary transportation to the parks, with the exception of Epic Universe.
My only concerns relate to housekeeping. On one occasion, I accidentally fell asleep wearing light makeup, and the following day the pillowcase appeared to have been flipped rather than replaced. It was, however, changed the next day, so it was not a major issue. I also noticed a light dirt ring at the bottom of the shower, which raised some questions about the thoroughness of the daily cleaning, despite housekeeping servicing the room each day.
Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service for a day, which caused some delays for guests accessing the upper floors, though it was repaired promptly the following day.
Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and they did not significantly detract from an otherwise very pleasant stay.
