First time staying here, not bad at all. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The water did not get hot when showering, just warm. The pool was too cold for me, but my son loved it. I wish the hot tub had been open. The restaurant next door is slow, so have patience. They do have bus service to Disney Springs and the parks..but only at certain times. There is a gas station, Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, and a Disney gift shop across the street from the hotel. The hotel does have an arcade, movie theater, and small convenience store inside.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Unfortunately we had no hot water (barely lukewarm) the entirety of our stay. Maintenance came and spent about 60 seconds and said the water will get hot if you let it run. 3 of us had already taken showers and it never got hot. They never came back to fix. Coffee maker was broken too. Definitely will not stay again. Too many other options.

When we arrived we found out that the pool and other water amenities were closed due to construction but they had a plan and it was great. The room was spacious and would have been great if it didn't smell like mold and mildew. First time ever getting a pool view and nothing to look at. We had the housekeeper spray the room but it wasn't helpful nor was it disinfectant. Not sure that would have worked either. Again, was only their to relax in the room and go to the water amenities as I was celebrating my post hip replacement surgery 8 weeks before. Would love to go back when I can actually use the amenities and not have to go to the resort across the street. The only real problem was the mildew smell.

we stayed for 1 night, checkin was easy and checkout was easy too. Had 2 dilemma. One was the AC leaked and made the floor SOAKING wet. Second was at 9am someone came to the door, didn't speak english well and think she wanted us to check out early, but did not say. I told the front desk when we checked out.
