There was no ice bucket in my room, but there was a roach in my room. This place is nasty so I’m not really sure why they charge a $100 deposit.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Florida, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could definitely use some updates to feel more modern. Even with that, my stay was still very enjoyable thanks to the amazing service. I want to give a special shout-out to Yasmin. She was absolutely incredible — friendly, professional, and always went out of her way to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude made a big difference and really elevated the whole stay. Hotels need more employees like her. I would return again mainly because of the great service from Yasmin and the smooth, pleasant overall experience.

Very satisfied customer! Staff was professional and attentive while making you feel comfortable and welcomed. The facility was well kept and clean, rooms as well. The food, arcade room and convenience store made things easy not needing to go anywhere else! Will definitely recommend and looking forward in staying again!!

Everything from this stay went from starting at the beginning of when I was told there were no king beds available, mind you I had paid extra for this. Then I get to my "non smoking" room and it smelled like someone had just smoked. There was a dead roach and the bathroom was stained and dirt. Horrible experience.

The room was large and clean. The driveway is tricky but once you find it once you wont have any issue. Quiet and good area. The bed was hard but wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

I booked King size bed room.When I got to the hotel for check in there was no available rooms with 1 bed. then the receptionist stated that I booked a double, which I had proof of my 1 king bed booking . So beds were so small I slept in 1 bed and my husband in other bed. we travel that day so we were tired to argue so we stayed just 1 night.

I was greeted nicwly upon check-in. Went tl the first roo they assigned me to and the beds weren't made, funny smell was coming from the room, and there was a loud fan plugged in. When i asked for another room and tild them what the situation was they said they had no idea about it. They gave me another room that was fine, but refused to help me move my luggage and other bags to it.
