Home Away from Home

This was the third year in a row we've hosted our company retreat here, and it's become a home away from home for our team. We've always been impressed with the cleanliness of this rental, and this year was no different. There were a few minor issues (squeaky pipes, broken blinds, etc.), but considering the size of this property, it's very well maintained. We also got to enjoy the resort waterpark this year, which was a huge hit. Would highly recommend!

Inaccurate listing

The house is spacious and offers a wide range of amenities, but it fell short of the expectations set by its listing due to several maintenance issues. Showers would randomly shut off, the air conditioning in one wing wasn’t functioning properly, the movie theater had technical problems, and many of the arcade machines were inoperable. We had to call service technicians multiple times during our stay, which is disappointing considering the 3,500 per night rate. That said, the property is located in a beautiful gated community with excellent recreational facilities, including golf, well-maintained pickleball and tennis courts, and a fun mini golf course. The owner was responsive and sent maintenance personnel promptly, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property at its current price point given the number and nature of the unresolved issues.

Perfect Stay for a Buddies Golf Trip!

Had 20 guys on our annual golf trip and the house could not have been better. SO much bigger in person than the photos (which is hard to believe), sits directly on the 6th green at the Reunion (Palmer) course, and has amenity access to the resort. The resort provided shuttle transportation to and from the courses each day and it met all of our needs. Don't think twice - book it and stay at the craziest house you've ever been in!

Do Not Rent

Property was not what it was suppose to be. We had so many issues starting with pool heater not working. Golf simulator broke not able to be used. So many things were not right it's hard to even begin the list. The water was not hot for showers the lights did not work. Alarm in room went off at 6am and was nit able to be shut off for over an hour. Phone calls and communication was bad with property manager the week before. And because everything was working. He knew it was not! We had our huge family with little kids that could not swim because water was cold we had teenage kids disappointed that golf simulator was broke! We had to make many calls to manager but nothing was fixed. For the amount of money you pay for this place it should be a 5 star with everything working! We would not recommend this place to rent for the reason of the amenities not working!! Property manager told us what we wanted to hear but then was not able to follow through with anything. The grills did not work. The freezers were broke. The overall property was rough. The list could go on.

Amazing Reunion Fld Home

Wow so many cool things to list but basically you don’t have to leave this houseThroughout the stay, there were things not working here and there, but honestly that is expected with the enormous amount of appliances games, etc. they have available in the home. They were very responsive and because they had so many other options it didn’t phase us! We will definitely return!

Perfect property for a large

This property is endless and perfect stay for a large group. There's so many activities and if anyone needs time alone, there's plenty of space to get away. It was the perfect size for our group and we had a blast. A few items in the house didn't work such as some arcade machines, hot water on the first floor, recliners in the theater. Some of the items were taken care of such as bowling alley but others were not addressed. I called the house keeper a few times on Saturday and never got an answer. Overall excellent place to stay even with the minor items.

Enormous house, very clean

We had a great family vacation with 28 people ranging from 6 months to 70. There's so much room in the house, with each bedroom suite being very spacious. The bowling alley and the pool were favorites for everyone. Some of the arcade games weren't working and there are some maintenance issues that need attention, but overall we had a great time.

Wow! Just Wow!

This house is so big and beautiful, we would get lost just exploring and my entire party didn’t want to leave all weekend because there is so much to do in the house. We did have a few things go wrong but the manager was quick to send maintenance over to fix it. Most of the showers and doors are all electronic which got annoying going back and forth and trying to figure out how to keep the shower on but it’s pretty cool and high tech and everyone loved it! The downstairs was our favorite spot because that’s where all the fun stuff is, bowling alley, arcade, spa, golf sim, pool table and basketball court. The rooms were spread out so the noise didn’t carry if people were sleeping and others wanted to stay up. The way the house is built is very well done with such a large amount of rooms and noise control. Parking was a little bit of issue because a lot of my family drove in so we had to figure that out because Reunion security kept giving us warnings but we did finally figure it out and enjoyed our weekend. I would definitely return for another family reunion in this house. It was absolutely amazing! Just for reference my party was 18 adults and 10 kids and it felt like I never knew where anyone was. Great place! Thank you for letting us stay the weekend.

Corporate Retreat

We had a Corporate Retreat with breakout sessions at this location. There was plenty of room both for sleeping accommodations and for multiple meetings to go on at once. There were a few issues, but the property manager was quick to respond and fix the issues. Overall, everyone was happy and are already talking about next year.

Business Trade Show Trip

I had an event at the Orange County Convention center and had my entire sales staff travelling with me for the trade show. I wanted to make it an experience where my team members as well as my customers would be entertained as well as relax in comfort during our stay. This property did all of it and more! Everything was first class as well as clean, operational and checked every box I had for my staff and guests. I had one little issue with a sink and the owner had someone there within 10 minutes! Unbelievable! Thank you for a trip to remember and I look forward to using this house in the future! Unbelievable!

Winter Manager's meeting

Property worked perfectly for a manager's meeting of 14 individuals. Ample space for presentations, group dining, small group discussions and time to yourself. The amenities (pool, arcade, pinball, bowling, billiards, golf, spa) are wonderful additions and created nice opportunities for team bonding. Overall, a great stay. I would highly recommend this home for this type of event.
