The front desk service was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready, clean and warm. Breakfast buffet was hot, well maintained, and some of the best prepared hotel buffet food ive had in years. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Hot breakfast with many options. Quiet. The gym has cardio, free weights, yoga mats. Nice outdoor pool. Separate lounge area outside with tvs to watch. Breakfast attendants were pleasant and helpful. Beyond expectations. Traveled with kids.

Check-in and room cleanliness were excellent. However, I had to have a cold shower in order to be ready for my dinner time. The water took at least 15 minutes to warm up and I was freezing for most of my shower. Also. The doors slammed so hard I could hear the neighbors door slam at night. I advised the front desk of the shower issue and the young man stated it was because too many people were showering at the same time. I’ve never heard of this or had a cold shower at a hotel. I travel often.

I was having a really bad day and checking into Hyatt house made my night so comfortable and relaxed. Checking in at the front desk, I wish I could remember the young man’s name, he was so polite, even though there were things being thrown at him. The hotel was very comfortable and close to everything. I slept great and got to the airport and perfect timing.
