Room should have a little more attention to because I had to let the person in the front desk if they could at least have anyone to go in our room to empty the garbage I wasn’t asking for much I didn’t care if my bed was made or my towels were changed we had enough towels but only one garbage can very small in the bathroom for the Room it needs to be addressed Thank You

After I went there the front desk told me that no room for me
There is this the hotel that I booked my room in and then when I arrive at the front desk, tell me there’s no room for you and my money hasn’t even returned back to my credit card

My room has bed bugs. Was bitten terribly all over my body. Communication with customer service was terrible when I was trying to get a refund. Ultimately did not get a refund. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again.

Made reservations for 2 queen beds, was given room 617. Sheets had yellow stains, fridge was dripping water from the freezer part. 2nd room was 619. That had 2 double beds in stead of queen beds. Made it a little uncomfortable with 4 people
