The host was not attentive at all. When we got there after dark it took at least 15 minutes to figure out how to get in the house. No lights were on. No directions or house rules for anything. There was a miscut paper with the wifi code but we weren't sure about TV stations or anything. There was a garden hose in the pool and spa that was a trip hazard when we arrived. The tv was going out because wifi was spotty. Our cellphones did not work well in the house. The house was dated and not very family friendly and we had 2 families (9 people total) The beds in the guest rooms were on wheels so it was a safety hazard if you are expecting to leaning up against the bed upon sitting or laying down. There was a sign on the wall about the spa that we assumed was to the hot tub connected to the pool but it didn't come on with timer. We checked in Friday. I sent a message that night which in their defense was late but our response came not Friday, nor Saturday but Sunday after we had checked out. One message said glad we got settled in as if we had just got there. And the next said a hot tub wasn't included in this house. But no guest packet, house rules, or communication was involved... If it's hot the pool may be nice but other than that this home is for maybe an older generation or group that need to sit on the couch and talk or just get a bath and sleep. The home was very clean. Honestly I was more disappointed in the lack of communication than the home.
