The space
All you need for your stay is inside the house. Main Bedroom with King Bed, a Private Bathroom, Big Smart TV and a large Wall Mirror. The second has a King Queen Bed . The third Room is a mini cinema with a Sofa Bed, a Smart Tv and a shared bath. Total of 3 Smart TVs are available inside. All kitchen appliances are available. The Resort amenities are lovely for kids and grown-ups as well. This is a family fun and relaxing place like no other. Check-in Instructions: Be sure to read the check-in instructions thoroughly before your arrival. You will receive these details one day prior to check-in.
Respect for the Property: We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as your own. Your consideration helps ensure a pleasant experience for future guests.
Security Cameras: For your safety, there are motion-activated cameras located outside the house, monitoring the entrances. These cameras are solely for security purposes, and we will fully respect your privacy during your stay.
No Parties: Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If you are seeking a venue for loud music or gatherings, this is not the place. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and a requirement to vacate the property. A $1,000 "No Party" fee will be charged.
Prohibited Items: Weapons and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden. Alcohol is permitted, but excessive drunkenness will not be tolerated.
No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violators will incur a $500 per day penalty.
Parking: Please avoid parking in numbered spaces. Designated unnumbered spots near the house are available for guest parking.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is between 4 PM and 11 PM. If you need to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Check-out is by 11 AM. A late check-out fee of $100 applies, and if your departure exceeds two hours past check-out, you will be charged for an additional full day.
Quiet Hours: Quiet time is observed between 11 PM and 7 AM both inside the house and in the surrounding community. Please be mindful of this.
Guests and Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors or overnight stays are allowed.
No Pets: To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the premises.
Damage and Loss: Any significant damage to the property or loss of items will be reported to VRBO and the police if necessary. The cost of damages will be charged to the payment method on file.
Cleaning Fees: Any excessive cleaning required after your stay will incur additional charges.
Agreement to Rules: By booking this property, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all house rules listed above.
