As a frequent traveler to the Orlando area, this hotel will probably be a one-and-done for me. They are a new property and probably still have some growing pains.
The "clean" smell that the other commenters mentioned when you enter the lobby was a bit overpowering. (Think Fabuloso)
When we tried to check in at 1:30, we were told that our room was ready, but we would have to pay an additional $45 to get in early. I would only be $15 if we wanted to check in at 3:00pm. This is no big deal, as we were heading to the parks anyways, but it would have been nice to be able to change in the room instead of the parking lot. When we returned at 8:30pm, we stood in line for 30 minutes, but the check in went smoothly.
The room was clean, but had that "Fabuloso" smell again. There was no soap or shampoo in the room and we had to go down stairs to get some. Bed was firm and comfortable. There was no chair in the room at the desk. If you are wanting to do some work, your options are on the bed or the couch.
Pool area was nice and new looking. The hot tubs were hot. The saunas were clean and worked properly.
The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage (both which was nice) Waffles and oatmeal, cereal and coffee. The big upside was that it was only $5 a person as opposed to other hotels charging as much as $25 a person for the same food.
Glad I tried it, but will try other properties next trip.
