Our beautiful villa is conveniently located on Highway 27, close to W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (Hwy 192), and just a short drive from Central Florida’s most popular attractions. You’ll be approximately 19 miles from Magic Kingdom, 11 miles from Animal Kingdom, 13 miles from Hollywood Studios, and 14 miles from Epcot. (Travel times may vary depending on traffic and the time of year.)

The villa is within minutes of everyday conveniences, including Publix Supermarket, Walgreens, and Walmart, as well as a variety of dining options such as Chili’s, Ocean House Seafood, Five Guys, Starbucks, Waffle House, and Chipotle, among many others.

Situated on a quiet street with no rear neighbors, this home offers peace and privacy — the perfect setting for a restful and rejuvenating stay. Comfortable beds and cozy furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere to relax after a day of adventure.

The main floor features two distinct living areas. At the front of the villa, you’ll find a formal living room and dining area, ideal for gathering or entertaining. Toward the back is an open-concept kitchen, family room, and breakfast nook — a welcoming space for casual family time. The family room includes a 65-inch 4K TV with cable channels for your enjoyment.

Step through large sliding glass doors from the family room to your private pool and spa area. The spacious deck includes loungers, a dining table, and chairs, enhanced by low-light LED ambiance. Privacy is ensured with Florida Glass screening and vibrant hibiscus plants on both sides. The pool and spa can be heated for year-round enjoyment.

A Great Week!

This home was clean and looked just as pictured. It was nice having a Master Bedroom on the main floor and upstairs. Nice space to use for playing games and hanging out. The pool and hot tub were great too! We would stay here again!

Would only stay again if last resort.

The ad says heated pool. The owner doesn't tell you till check in time that its heated by outside air, therefore it was pretty chilly. The air only goes to 71 and everytime you open the door ot turns off. You dont realize this till it's 76 degrees. The master shower is poorly designed or needs a different shower head. If you turn the water on from outside the shower you get soaked & if you get in & then turn it on of course you freeze because the water is cold at first.

Disney Getaway

We wanted a place where we could relax after our long days at the Disney parks. It was just the right place just for that. Close to the parks and to anything we needed like groceries. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the larger one over at the clubhouse. This was our second time staying here and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Familty Vacation

Nice, very spacious, well kept property. Lots of room to spread out (nine of us including a 6 and 11 year old).Room for sit down meals when wanted and space to prepare them. Lots of games, if needed. This was a first time visit to Florida for most of them so spend a lot time at the parks. Family enjoyed pooll and hot tub in the evening.. Would recommend it and definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house and great location!

We had a great stay. The villa was well equipped and clean - kitchen had everything we needed to cook - the pool was nicely heated and everything worked. We also liked the location. Communication with the host was great - we would definitely return.

Beautiful villa, clean and perfect for families

Wonderful villa on a very quiet and peaceful development. Really convenient for Walmart, walgreens etc and lots of food options in the area. Around 30 minutes drive without traffic to most Disney parks, 45 minutes to Universal. The hosts were really quick to respond to messages and kind to allow us a slightly later check out

Absolutely amazing.

We are family of 4 from UK. The Villa is “perfect” the owner has gone way beyond expectations to make sure your stay is comfortable, the Villa is fully equipped to a high standard. Heather is a wonderful host, I can’t recommend highly enough. Would absolutely recommend, look forward to another stay in future, hopefully without the hurricane next time.

Amazing property

We had a wonderful week's stay in this Villa, the beds are really comfortable, there are charging ports by the beds, the villa is really spacious, and the cleanest property we've ever stayed in. Brilliant facilities such as the laundry room, garage with air hockey, great pool.

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation at this property. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (teens) and we had plenty of space. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything like the parks, airport and convention center was within half an hour from the house maybe longer during peak times. Stores and restaurants were very close by. Great quiet neighborhood. Heather was a great host and very responsive when I had any questions. The beds were super comfortable, we all slept so good! The kids enjoyed the pool and was nice to come home to after a day at the parks. Thanks, Heather!
