This condo was perfect for our Disney stay! It is nicely updated and very clean. Close proximity to parks (about 10 min—which is excellent). We loved the whole property. Would definitely return!!

Amenities well kept. Host very responsive. Disney fireworks are visible from far end of balcony nightly around 9. Drinks at pool bar were very strong. Our keycards never did work despite being reset so we had to find work arounds for entry at main entrance and trash disposal. Basics were very bare and I am pretty sure floor has only been dry mopped prior to our arrival- feet would get dirty instantly despite appearing clean.

Clean, spacious, and a great place to stay for our family of four for our first ever trip to Disney and Universal. Close to Disney and a great selection of restaurants near by if you’re not eating at the parks. Owners were extremely accommodating as our flight out got delayed and kindly extended our stay. We will be coming back to Disney again next year and are already looking to book this unit again for our next trip. Highly Recommend!

Fabulous property located near to all parks and amenities. The property itself had everything you needed, was well maintained and very comfortable. Easy access to the pool, gym, onsite shop, bar and restaurant and a minutes walk to the neighbouring shops (factory outlet stores). Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Absolutely perfect

I spent my birthday at Disney. This was the absolute best place to stay. The unit was immaculate. It had everything we needed to have a great stay. We had a great view of the pool. The balcony was so roomy. We sat out there every morning. We ended every night sitting out there for a while before bed. Everything is within minutes of the condo. All the Parks, Disney springs, Walmart, Publix, they were all very close. Sergio was the best. He responded quickly to any questions I had. I’m sure I drove him nuts. He was very nice and I look forward to staying here again in the future. I have zero complaints. Everything was perfect for my birthday trip.

Short Orlando vacation

The property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Sergio was quick to respond on any questions. The overall grounds were well kept. The condo itself was very clean and the pictures are 100% accurate. We would definitely stay there again. Only negative was the resort keycards did not work for the trash area. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Great property. Well appointed. The unit was fantastic. Only downside was one day we planned poolside - the restaurant/bar workers didn't show up or open until late afternoon. Upside - the pub across the street came through strong!!!

Would not stay here again

When we arrived at the property we couldn’t get into the building because the main doors were locked, not the owners fault. We had to wait for someone to come off the elevator to let us in. When we got to our room, there were dehumidifiers outside the unit due to a water issue which made it very stuffy. Then inside the unit the air never worked right the entire time we were there. I let them know right away but the issue was never resolved after several texts and calls. We were told a technician would come look at it but no one showed up. When it’s ninety something degrees outside, you need air. The floor was dirty (had a baby crawling around) and the second bathroom shower had hair on the wall.

Started out in the beginning, not able to get into the building. Per the instructions we were supposed to send a text to advise the manager that we had arrived, which I did.hard No response Had to wait for other guests to let us in. Once I was able to get into the building, I was able to access the room. The keys to get in and out of the building are actually in the room. The keys only worked sporadically and I had to go twice to the front desk to get them turned back on.. Otherwise, relying on other guests to let us into the building. The television in the second room doesn’t work. I reached out to the property manager to find out if there was some type of secret to getting it to work. No response. There was decor throughout the condo with weird little tags saying not to touch everywhere. The main pool (with the ship) heater wasn’t working and was under repair. I will not book here again.The location is decent and walkable to grocery stores Walmart and a small outlet mall.

Disneyworld Delight

My wife and twin 13 year old girls stayed at this property for 6 nights and 5 days at the Walt Disney World Resort. Location is outstanding-10 minutes from the parks and Walmart/Publix are a 2 minute drive away. The unit was clean and had a view of the pool from the 14th floor. Check in was very easy and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Orlando Stay

The property and location were great. We couldn"t use the amenities and fabulous balcony because of lousy weather, but will come back another time for sure, when the weather is better. We had issues with the heating (it was really cold weather that week), and Sergio worked hard to get maintenance to repair it. We had great communication with him and the property manager, Gary. They were quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Orlando

Great Family Condo

Condo was great for us to spread out and relax after a full day in the parks. Beds were comfortable and you can even watch the fireworks from Hollywood Studios from the balcony. We were also able to set up free transportation/bus to WDW with a coupon code given by the front desk concierge.

Great stay for a Disney visit!

The resort is so close to Disney- we could leave Magic Kingdom and be pulling in the parking lot about 13 minutes later. Amazing to also have a Walmart and Publix so close to get necessities/groceries. We had a few small issues but nothing that affected our vacation. Note: pool is not heated so it was chilly! Nothing the host can do about that but something to consider if you are visiting November -February when temps can be chilly in Orlando. There are 3 hot tubs at the main pool though that were great!
