We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent villa. It is well provisioned throughout and we wanted for nothing. Having stayed in many Orlando villas this villa had everything we would normally expect and nothing was missing. Dealing with the owner was extremely easy and friendly and the welcome pack very detailed and comprehensive. The villa was well situation for us near the US27 and I4 which is what we were after. Neighbourhood and roads were quiet. Pool was large with jacuzzi and used this everyday and did not need the heat as was August. Overall, we had a great time in this villa and were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again. Thanks

Just returned home from our two week stay at this lovely villa and it was perfect!. Everything went extremely smoothly and the property was wonderful for our family of five. The property had everything we could have wanted. It was very clean and a great size. It is situated close to all the parks and any amenities that you may need.The host responded immediately with any queries we had and was extremely helpful.We would definitely recommend staying at this villa and would stay here again if we returned to Florida.

Absolutely amazing

This vrbo was absolutely amazing. The pictures didn’t do it justice. We had 9 people with this trip and it was the perfect size. It was extremely spacious and fully equipped with anything you could think of. We were only 30 minutes or less away from every Disney park. The location was in a nice neighborhood and peaceful. The pool was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Jackie was extremely communicative and flexible. We will definitely be renting from her again

Fantastic Location and property

This is exactly as advertised. Great location with solid communal spaces, comfortable beds and adequate kitchen setup for the space. The pool is very nice, stayed warm even through the atypically cold snap that we were visiting. I would strongly recommend the space for families and friend groups especially with teenage children as the game room is awesome. Will stay again.

The house was fine. It could use a little updating and tlc. Some off the towels and bedding were wore. There were no spices, condiments or shampoo, basically you had to supply everything you need for the week. I've never stayed anywhere where nothing was provided. The pool was nice and the heat worked great. The only issue with the pool is the sun never hits it in December, the house blocks it. Overall everything was fine

Perfect for us

I didn't have any problems with check in or otherwise. This place was a little less expensive as decorations haven't been updated. But I appreciate that it was cost efficient. The sheets on the king bed were so nice. Plenty of towels but could have more wash cloths. Plenty of hot water for the three bathrooms. Nothing to complain about.

The house its self was just what we expected. The house next door on the other hand was uninhabited, the back yard pool area was disgusting , pool was full of green slime and water which was taken over by frogs etc ,noise was fairly loud. Behind the house is a field/park where they were having practises and games during weekend, so it was very loud starting at 8:00 in the morning with the bands that accompanied the teams, music and yelling. During the weeks it was relatively quiet.

Overall, this was a wonderful property to stay at. Jackie communicated promptly and was great to deal with. The location is close to Orlando but far enough out that we could avoid the heavy traffic in the Orlando area which is a big plus! I think the main concern we had was that the listing should note right next to info about the pool that there were no handrails to assist getting into the pool. One of our party was unable to use the pool due to that. I do want to clarify other similar listings didn't either. We have learned to ask ourselves before booking. This is not a bad reflection on Jackie's part. Just something we learned.

February trip

We were a family of 7 adults who stayed in this house for 2 weeks and we were very comfortable with the amount of space. We paid for pool heating and the pool was warm on arrival. The checkin was extremely simple, we were met with basic essentials and with a number of supermarkets in close proximity it was very comfortable from the get go. Any questions we had, Jackie answered promptly. We would be happy to come back and stay again.

Holiday of a lifetime

This property was perfect in every aspect with all facillities available to us from the minute we arrived to the day we left. The check in process was excelent and the communication with Jacky was perfect. everything about the house was wonderful. The games room contained everything you could wish for including bike and strollers for the kids. We enjoyed our trips out to Anna Maria Island and to Winter Park on the Sun rail, both outstanding. We would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.

Great location

The house is located in a great location. I would suggest if you are traveling with babies/ toddlers bring a baby gate. The pool was nice but took 3 days to actually heat up all the way. I would definitely stay here again.
