This home is the perfect base for a family vacation in Orlando with its central and rural location close to all of the area attractions such as Disney, Universal, Legoland and Busch Gardens via either Highway 27 or Interstate 4.

You will have to look far for a villa with such a stunning lake view and a sheltered south facing pool in the Disney area.

Sunridge Woods is a quiet, well-established residential neighborhood known for its spacious lots and serene setting. Unlike busier resort-style developments, you'll enjoy peace and privacy—perfect for families or guests looking to unwind.

You also have some excellent dining options at Champions Gate Village and the Posner Park Shopping Mall which are both just a 5 min drive away.

The Living Areas – on entering the home you will access the first living area with comfortable seating and a Flat Screen TV, the perfect place for a family movie night. The second living area is open plan style and is located at the back of the home with views to the pool and lake with a ceiling fan, another TV and access to the pool deck, kitchen and a dining area.

The Kitchen – The modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs during your stay. It includes a kitchen island, breakfast bar and cosy stools for you and your guests to enjoy - great for quick breakfasts, enjoying a drink and having a little company while preparing meals.

The Dining Areas – The home has two dining areas that seat six guests. The first dining area is located off the front living area and offers a formal dining setting for six guests. The second dining area also seats 6 and is located at the back off the home (off the second living area)

The Outdoor Space – Outside you will find beautiful views onto the lake, a good-sized unique shaped South Facing Pool and a stunning deck area that is equipped with outdoor furniture, plus a table and chairs for you all to enjoy Alfresco dining under a covered lanai. This area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. In the evening you can turn on the lights in the pool for an atmospheric holiday evening. The view of the water is fantastic, and the plot is exceptionally large and private.

The property features a washer and dryer Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV in all bedrooms, including the loft and living area, and free calls to the US and Canada.

Bedroom 3 (Full) - This beautiful room has a full-sized bed, a Flatscreen TV and a Ceiling fan. It also has access to a bathroom shared with bedroom four with a bath and vanity unit

Bedroom 4 (Twin) – This stunning room has two twin beds a Flatscreen TV, Ceiling fan and shared access to a bathroom with bedroom three. This is a great room for friends or siblings to share.

Games Room The garage has an exciting game room. Here you can play for hours on the pool table or table tennis. There is also a seating area for any spectators you may have.

- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
