The house & amenities were outstanding! The kids were as excited to come home every night as they were to go to all of the Universal parks. We loved the game room, movie room & hot tub! And with a fully equipped kitchen, we were able to stay in comfortably a couple of nights & cook dinner at home.

Super nice roomy place . Difficulty getting threw gates code would not work lots of cars backed up. But house was good 1st night ac broke no hot water 91* in the house Not Good ! The next evening they moved us at 5 pm . So after bad 1 st night the next 3 were ok. I was positive id get refunded for 1st night but Nope.

Pros:There was plenty of room for 8 adults & more.It was convenient to the parks and the club house pool, fitness center and lazy river were nice.Communication was quickCons:house seemed run down. The first appearance was overgrown weeds, broken screens, dirty walk to the front door. It’s not a deep clean between guests. There were weeds growing in the screened in pool area with mold on the outdoor chaises & rips & stains on the patio sofa. The refrigerator light was blinking & the seal around the freezer was coming off & needed to be adjusted every time it was opened because it wouldn’t close, the trash can has a lid that’s inoperable & just sits on the garbage so it's more in the way than of use. A few more things that didn’t ruin the stay, but just points to cleanliness and comfort are no chalk for pool sticks, different color lights in the chandelier in the kitchen, absolutely no cleaning supplies to be able to wipe kitchen or bathroom counters or kitchen table, only one extra roll of paper towels for the stay.I did not appreciate that to have heat in the hot tub it was a daily charge, that had to be charged the whole week. There was no grill included, that was an extra charge.

Shared Families Team Home - nice option vs. hotels

Overall, a very nice stay. We rented two homes as a larger group with the same host that were one house apart from each other. Very clean with the exception of hairs (not our hair colors) found in bathrooms at arrival which were very off-putting in terms of how they were cleaned. Kitchens were nicely stocked and dishes clean. Wish all rooms had ceiling fans which is ideal (my room personally did not and stayed hotter than others). Pool area was exactly as expected/pictured. More than ample parking which was appreciated. Many restaurants and grocery options close by, a Target specifically close. Very odd "conference room" in the open space upstairs - would have been nice to have a den set up with lounging chairs instead? Not all bunk beds had working functions (ie fan, light, charging dock), but some did. No issues during our stay and we would stay again if in the area.

Our Hawaii volleyball team travels to Orlando every year for the AAU Junior National Volleyball Tournament, and this is our second year staying at a Vrbo managed by David Tung. Once again, David and his team provided outstanding service and support. They were always readily available to answer any questions or quickly resolve any issues we had.The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of 9 players and 4 adults. It’s the perfect setup for a large group, and the experience was smooth from start to finish.I highly recommend this property and host. We’ll definitely be renting from David again!
