The room was basic, with bottles of pills placed outside my hotel room. It had an old smell but appeared clean. Considering the price, it was acceptable. Although I paid through Travelocity and received the bill at the hotel, I’m currently waiting for my refund. As for whether I’d stay there again, I’m not sure. It wasn’t terrible, but I didn’t feel like I was in a hygienic environment.

Cleanliness was lacking. Floors not swept or mopped. And even worse the bathroom. Tub had Pubes from the previous stay. Bathroom door was sliding. With no handle on it and no lock. Small tvs. My first night was me cleaning everything to feel good about staying as i couldnt wait for a refund to get another hotel. Don’t recommend staying here

1st staff i met closed door on my face everyone else was pleasant. Easy check in check out (able to do virtually) . Not much amenities or activities, everything was run down, broken or old. There was a gym and a couple hot tubs and pools. No security anyone in the neighborhood can use the facilities. The tubs shown in the images dont work (the jets are not operational just shown in images). We also thought we would have a walk out part but thats also just for show. It’s more like a motel than a resort. We had a room swap because of the tub which was nice but the room was worse and more run down and tiny even with an extra room. The drinking glass exploded in our hand when drinking from it. Toilets flooded. Paint and wood was chipped. The faucet and metals were browned. If the service wasnt quick it would be 1 star. Hours of operation wasnt convenient. Close to other resorts and eateries . No breakfast, just a few breakfast sandwich for purchase. We had to eat out of the location or buy food to cook. We wont be back there but we enjoyed the pools and gym. Room service hard to figure out. Cleaning service, maintenance or trash pick up must be requested on app individually every time. For over $100/night i think i could have went to a hotel or tried another resort. We go to florida annually sometimes biannually. This is a very cheap end type of spot. If you dont care where u stay this is it.

Something was VERY WRONG with our room. There was a strange smell like something was burning. There was a high pitched buzzing notice that gave me a terrible headache. There were ants in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty that my socks turned brown when I walked on it. There was a closet that had been blocked by a cloths rack. When we looked inside there was a VERY DIRTY Heating and cooling unit with EXPOSED WIRES!! I asked for a floor DBL unit because I am disabled with MS and had my service dog with me and was placed on 2nd floor with no elevator!! We were suppose to stay Friday 01/02/2026-Sunday 01/04/2026 but we ended up leaving Saturday morning on 01/03/2026.

Booked the room for the large tub in the suit. After getting back from the pool area went to draw a bath to only semi warm water then after a minute cold water. Tried few times before calling the desk and they sent someone who dismissed my request saying it was hot and then calling the desk again they said it’s what it is and checkout is at 10. 100% never coming back

The room was disappointing. The ice maker did not work, and despite requesting maintenance, the issue was never resolved. The primary bathroom shower has a very poor and impractical design. The room showed obvious wear and neglect—the bathroom cabinet was old and chipped, and the carpet was stained. The parking lot is in terrible condition, and parking is extremely difficult to come by. There were no pool towels provided, and we were not given any information on how to obtain them. Another guest told us that towels were in their room, which added to the confusion. We attempted to contact the front desk via text, as instructed, but received no response and had to call instead. We were then told to pick up towels at the front desk, which is unreasonable given the distance. Walking that far is impractical, and driving risks losing an already limited parking spot. Additionally, constant dog barking from the neighboring unit was extremely frustrating and disruptive. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, especially since we have previously enjoyed staying at this property and expected a much higher standard.

Very good location, quiet place to relax and a very big clean 2 bedrooms apartment. However the rooms are a bit old (furnitures and TVs). Also has a humidity smell.

Suites with a full kitchen for under $120/night. Assuming youre wanting to stay here bc of kids. BUT… spend the extra $40 to stay somewhere that isn't full of mold and has more stuff for kids. Our room smelled of mold and my allergies were insane the whole trip. Theres not many kid friendly bike paths or activities… the mini golf course is concrete, no playground or anything other than the sand volleyball court. Location is prime though.
