Runaway Beach Club is famous for the beautiful colors that the villas have, giving them a fresh and bright atmosphere. There is a lake in the Area. It is very comfortable to spend a quiet vacation either with friends, couples, or family. Amenities include a swimming pool with a solarium and a pool play area for children, Hottub, Gym, and Deck. It is 15 minutes from Disney Parks, minutes from Walmart, Publix, Ross, Lake Factory Buena Vista Store, and Premium outlet, so it has a great location.

Close to the Parks, especially Disney. Very close to Walmart for last minute runs for food or ponchos. Condo walls are thin, you can hear everyone around you, upstairs and outside. Safe feeling neighborhood. Condo could have been cleaner. Adorable towel decorations and table setup, but I would rather the cleaning people vacuum the closets. Huge fridge, nicely decorated. It worked for everything we needed.

We stayed 3 nights, and it was as advertised. The unit and the complex was clean and comfortable, and felt safe. The pool was very relaxing and enjoyable. Our only complaint was we could not control the thermostat. It was programmed at 74, but would have been nice to have it a little cooler at night. But overall still 5 stars.

Great location, nice property close to Disney

My family had an enjoyable stay at this property. The house has everything you need for a 1 week family vacation. Property was easy to access, check-in was seamless. Communication with host was easy with quick response time. Gated community provides a safe feel. Easy pool access and walk to the pool area is very manageable. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the property could be cleaner. The floors were a little dirty, baseboards were quite dirty. Some moldy areas around the sink in kitchen. This had no hinderance on the enjoyment of our stay however and for the price it was something that was easy to overlook. Overall, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Adorable 2 bedroom. Do not hesitate to book!

Firstly, I would not hesitate to stay at this listing again. When I visit Kissimmee, I will definitely book this listing again.We had a slight issue upon check-in. The lock/code was changed prior too us checking in, but the host resolved our issue in less than 5 minutes. (This slight issue did not warrant losing a star.)Any communication we had with the host was quickly responded to. House is less than 30 minutes from Universal and all Disney parks which made out mornings easy.House was updated and had all amenities as listed. The house theme was super cute. Only other slight issue we had was the soap (hand and body soap). We just didn't have enough to last us the entire stay, so maybe bring a little extra. (This did not warrant a lost star either.)

Great quick weekend

We had a great time at this property. The apartment is easy to get to, in a prime location near Walt Disney World, and clean! The bathrooms are well equipped and so is the kitchen. Televisions worked wonderfully, beds were comfortable, and the owner was very responsive.

Very dirty place

Just tell them that the place was too dirty, from the floor, carpet and bathrooms, everything was super dirty and the hoster knows it because we sent him proof. It's a shame because it has a very good location if you go to the Disney parks, but I definitely won't go back.

Nice but it could be more clean

GrundsĂ€tzlich ist es eine schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage zu den Attraktionen. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr ganz so frisch wie auf den Bildern, aber das ist eben so, wenn man vermietet. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Leider war sie sehr staubig (speziell bei der TĂŒr zu AC). Wenn man den Esstisch, die Lehnen der EssstĂŒhle, die Schalter angriff hat alles geklebt. Die KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke waren ebenfalls verspritzt und klebrig. Die HandtĂŒcher, sowie die BettwĂ€sche haben fast alle Flecken, die anscheinend nicht mehr rausgehen. Die Anlage (Pool, Gym) sind sehr schön, aber etwas kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles geklappt.

Fantastic

Everything was wonderful. Just right down from everything. Only thing the kitchen needs deep cleaning. Silverware meeds removed and Everything else needs cleaned in that drawer. Cabinets needs deep clean. Definitely a stay again place. Great host communication. Hugh rooms and closets. Great neighbors. Heated pools. Just all around fantastic. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

A breath of fresh air!

We LOVED our stay at this condo after being in a small hotel room, it was light, airy, comfortable and incredibly spacious at an affordable price. Close to where we were located, it was close to the grocery store and offered all that we needed, plus more. The bathrooms and bedrooms are huge (as are the closets) and the decor really made for an enjoyable experience! We also had no issues in having Amazon delivery to the location. While this does not take away from our rating, for awareness the washer and dryer are quite loud (typical, in our experience). The owner was easy to reach and we would definitely come back to stay again if given the opportunity to!

Beautiful As The Photos

The condo was as pretty as the pictures. Very clean and super comfortable beds. The location is perfect to get to anywhere in the Orlando Area. Having the washer and dryer is a plus, with wet bathing suits and towels.

Home was wonderful( pics online does not do this home justice:) great location , Beds and bedding we’re comfortable , both baths were nice size, large closets. Contact with owner was very responsive and polite. Not an issue but watch the sprinklers they will catch you off guard! Will look forward to 2024 D2 cheer summit .
