Welcome to Belgravia Villa in the heart of Florida situated only minuted from all the theme parks. Our 4 bedroom villa as all the comforts and luxury that you want while you are on vacation in the sunshine state of Florida the number 1 theme park capital of the World.

if you're searching for 'Astonish Me 'quality in Florida you've just landed perfectly. Sitting pretty on a large plot on the stunning Four Corners development this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Five* Belgravia Villa has its own South East facing swimming pool with spa and extended deck area totalling 1850 sq. luxury pool and patio furniture, large gas grill barbecue, for al fresco dining. For our American guests over 300 channels of free Roku tv are available on our 55 inch 4k' Plasma. Along with free complementary wifi access and free unlimited Phone calls to the USA,CANADA, UK, and Ireland. we are beautifully positioned for easy access to all the theme park attractions. Belgravia Villa provides toll-free access to Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Wet 'n' Wild, and SeaWorld. We’re just over a one hour drive from the east coastline. And golfers will never lack originality in this region – there are no less than 125 courses within a 40 minute drive of Orlando.

We have a king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. We also have a queen size bedroom and a further 2 twin rooms, we also have a bathroom/shower and toilet upstairs and down stairs we also have a half bathroom which consists of toilet and wash basin. All bedrooms have cable tv and bedside phones and lamps, all bedrooms are fully furnished to the highest standard. Downstairs we have a fully fitted kitchen come dining room with all the latest electrical items. The dinning room seats up to 8 people which also has a great view looking out on to the pool deck area. The formal lounge is furnished to a very high standard with a 3 seated settee and two seated settee and the family room has 55inch in 4k tv and dvd player along with Roku tv. Play station 2, I have listed below all the items in the home that are completely free during your stay.

Lovely villa, great residential location and within easy reach of amenities, supermarkets etc.The villa found to be spacious and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Showers were found to be hot and powerful compared to other properties we've stayed in!Good communication with the host who was available to answer our questions while we were there. Had a few maintenance issues that was flagged with the host, including the pool not being up to a comfortable temperature for at least [4] days of our stay although the jacuzzi was lovely. The issues were attended to by host/management company promptly,,but due to our itinery we didnt then have the opportunity to really utilise the pool. Heating fees were refunded. Please note the pool heating is run off a Heat Pump and the [timing] is provisionally set/controlled by the host between 8:30am to 5:00pm and the jacuzzi is 24/7 via a manual time switch on the pool wall. However, when the jacuzzi is in use this temporarily overrides the pool heating. The maximum time the jacuzzi can be also utilised is 55mins [via the timer] which manually needs resetting.As others have mentioned, the aircon temperature appears to be locked so we couldnt turn it below a set point of [73F] which we would have liked to do as the weather [for December] was hot on several days, particularly on the front on the property which is West facing.In general, thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a really great stay at the Belgravia Villa in Florida. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up for guests.We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops while still feeling quiet and private.Overall, the Belgravia Villa was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and we would happily return. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in the area.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. The home comfortably accommodated our party of 20 for our Thanksgiving Celebration. Gorgeous clean home lots of room

This house was spotless, and owner was available for any questions. Pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and every room had clean and comfy bedding. Washer and dryer and game room were a plus. Great home for larger family in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney parks.

Nice home for the family

First off, the house is spacious and clean. I enjoyed having a large table in the kitchen for family meals and comfortable seating in the family room. The beds were also comfortable and there were 3 bathrooms which is nice for a big family. The pool area and fenced in backyard are also nice. The only negative we had was that the pool and spa heat never seemed to reach maximum temperature despite the heat running and using the pool cover at night. It was still warm enough for the kids to swim but the spa never reached the temps we were hoping for to stay really comfortable. It’s possible that the cooler evening temps affected the pool heater’s work; but we’ve always vacationed over December (one year it was exceptionally cold and in the 50’s!- this year was in the 68-72 F range outside) and this is the first time we’ve ever felt chilly in the pool and spa despite paying for the heat. Still, the pool got its use and we enjoyed ourselves; I would still pay for the heat no matter what if you plan to swim in the winter months. I just wish it could’ve been a bit warmer in the pool and spa! All in all, everything was nice and well kept and clean.

Quiet and peaceful

House was great and we enjoyed the stay. It was clean so nothing negative related to the house and cleanliness. The neighborhood streets were narrow and cars parked along the street were somewhat frustrating. Backyard was in a loop with 5-6 houses that joined, so not much privacy if that’s your thing. Shopping and restaurants were within 20 minutes driving and theme parks a little further out, but we wanted to be away from those crowds.

Family trip to Disney

The property itself was amazing! Heated pool was a nice way to relax, although we didn't use it enough for my taste. We visited to spend time at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom parks. The traffic was horrific no matter the time of day! While this house is close (less than 15 miles from the parks) traffic is constant and our trips there and back were usually 45 minutes to an hour. If you are going to Disney parks, you might want to consider a closer option; however, if you are visiting Orlando or don't plan to spend the whole time at Disney, this house is a great option. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool is nice - and heated. Communication with property owner was excellent; I really felt Steve cared that our trip went well.

Everything we wanted and more

Home away from home. The house was welcoming and had all the amenities we wished for. Our main focus was relaxing by the pool which didn't disappoint. Everything was clean, and when we did have an issue with the hot tub the management team arrived within a couple hours to take care of it. We could hear the traffic from the main road, but the pool fountains worked perfectly to drown out the noise. We would 100% recommend this property for a family vacation, and hope to be back next year.

Better than home!

I’ve stayed at private homes in central Florida 6 or 7 times over the years and this was by far the nicest home we’ve rented. The furnishings and grounds are impeccable and spotless doesn’t even cover how clean the home is. (Wish I could take their housekeeping crew back to Chicago with me!) Communication with both owner and property management was easy and fast. The location in Davenport is a bit of a drive from the parks but this was mostly a working trip for me so it wasn’t a daily issue - honestly I think you get much higher quality accommodations as you get further from the chaos of Disney, anyway. The neighborhood is nice - the neighbors are a bit loud each night until about 11pm, but after that it was quiet and safe. Highly recommend and hope Steven will consider hosting us again sometime!

My family and I stayed for 10 days at the beginning of August 2021, and we could not be more pleased with our experience. Steven and Wendy have a great team. The villa was clean inside and out, the pool was gorgeous, and when we forgot a bag at the villa, the property management team was quick to ship our forgotten items to us! Steven was extremely professional, and we would recommend this property to anyone!
