Downstairs: a Queen bedroom, a Star Wars themed bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom with a shower and double sink.
Upstairs: two King master suites, one with a bathtub and double-sink bathroom and one with a shower, a Minions themed bedroom with two twin beds, and an additional full bathroom with a shower.

Interior

A modern open-plan living and dining area designed for entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring slate appliances, quartz countertops, and breakfast bar seating. The bright, ample living space offers seating for all guests, and a Smart TV is included in every room for relaxed movie nights after a day at the parks.

Outdoor Space

Step outside to your own private screened pool and sun loungers on the covered patio. Side walls and no rear neighbors give the entire outdoor space true privacy, so kids can play and swim without an audience. With contactless check-in and a unique personal access code, guests enjoy full privacy throughout the whole house.

Community Amenities

Located in the gated ChampionsGate golf community with access to the Oasis Clubhouse (9am to 9pm), about 2 miles away and reachable by a short drive or the free resort shuttle. Amenities include swimming pools, a water slide, lazy river, splash park, tiki bar, tennis and sand volleyball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, movie theater, game room, playground, quiet pool, restaurant, private air-conditioned cabanas with service, and an ATM. Location

ChampionsGate is central Florida's premier tourist and golf destination, home to the Leadbetter Golf Academy and located minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN, and Central Florida's major attractions. Easy access via Highway 27, Highway 192, I-4, and US-27 puts restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and businesses within a short drive of Disney and Universal.

Optional Extras

Heated pool/spa: $140 for the stay (up to 6 nights max), must be requested and paid at least 3 days before check-in. The pool heater runs 12 hours a day; the spa shares the same water temperature as the pool and is not a separate hot tub. Refunds are not available if the water does not reach the desired temperature.
BBQ grill: $85 per stay, includes one propane tank, must be requested at least 3 days before check-in; extra fees apply for requests made after check-in.
Crib and high chair rentals available on request after booking.

Good to Know

Contactless check-in with a personal access code. Guests are asked to verify ID prior to check-in. Parties and events are not permitted in the home. Only plastic cups are allowed in the pool area; broken glass in the pool requires draining and sweeping at a $500 charge to the guest.

Guest Agreement

By booking, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and Management Company from any damage, loss, expense, claim, or liability arising from the stay, including actions by any member of the guest party or their invitees. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their party, or their invitees, and confirming this reservation constitutes a binding agreement to these terms.
