Lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Good sized rooms and a nice pool and patio for outdoor fun. Low score is due to how the owner handled the issues we had. The main issues were; we missed 2 days of using the pool because it wasn't heated. The outdoor TV never worked for us even after swapping batteries/remotes as they suggested, I HAD TO GO BUY WOOD TO FIX THE BED in the Pineapple Suite (they said to just use another bed) and the thermostat is in a lockbox, so I had to message the owners whenever I wanted the temp changed. Owner was constantly gaslighting me as if I was making things up and of the main issues I listed, only the pool was ever addressed. I was offered a 25 refund for the pool heat, which was ridiculous. I requested 250 and they felt the same way. I was accused of intentionally turning off the pool heat when we left. Instead of calling her a liar, which she did to me in a passive-aggressive way my entire visit, I told her I did not but would check with my ADULT children. During my stay I was told she was trying her best but was hosting 20 people for xmas dinner. I too was hosting xmas, but that didn't matter. I was initially told that the bed was not broken and later she wrote that her handyman had added extra wood for a broken slat. Finally, she said she knew that I was out to find things to complain about so I could get a refund. I was simply out to get what a paid for. I pray she treats the next person with a complaint better than she treated me.
