Our newly designed Game Room and Upstairs common area is immersive and uniquely designed for wizards ready to travel to Hogwarts, Diagon Alley, Grimmauld Place! If you choose to use Floo Powder, make sure to speak clearly, we wouldn’t want you to end up in Knockturn Alley!

Our Millennium Falcon Cockpit/ Star Wars Ship Montage themed Home theater will provide an out of this galaxy experience that your family will never forget without having to travel at light speed to get there!

Our home theater is designed with the ultimate comfort in mind with a four seat “back row” leather recliner with LED lighting, cup holders, individual trays for snacks as well as a matching two chair loveseat “back row” for two or more to sit together!

Our “front row” leather theater seats designed in a couch format for four adults or multiple children to sit together and enjoy their big screen favorites!

Each of the 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms are designed with your comfort in mind!

Nemo and Friends invite you to visit the Great Barrier Reef and sleep in two of the most comfortable twin sized wrecked ships you’ve ever encountered! Want to fit a third? It looks like one of those ships just may have another level! Just remember… Fish are friends, not food!

Hey Parents! We thought about you guys too! Each of our four contemporary themed bedrooms have a king sized bed for your ultimate comfort!

One master bedroom is located on the bottom floor with private access to the pool area and direct access to the home theater.

Traveling with a child under 2? We have a pack n play ready for use! We provide two tension baby gates and a high chair free!

Our luxury villa has a beautifully designed living space perfect for the family to enjoy time together and a large farm style table large enough for 8! Our large kitchen island with granite counter tops and four stools provide an inside dining area for 12!

Slide open our large three panel back door out to our screened in lanai with outdoor seating and 6 chair dining options!

Need to work while you’re on vacation? We provide a designated work space downstairs near the sliding glass doors to provide a relaxing work space. Prefer a more unique work experience? Take your laptop to Kings Cross station and work while you wait to board the Hogwarts Express! We have a three chair high top table work space option with outlets!

If you are traveling during our colder months, we would love to heat the pool for you! Enjoy our private pool and attached spa after a long day of exploring all Orlando and the surrounding area has to offer including the Most Magical themed parks in the world!

Private Pool and Spa:
During your stay, you have access to a private, screened in pool and spa. Pool heat is complimentary. Our pool heater is set for a range of 88° F and 90° F. The spa is set for 104° F. The sitting temperature of the spa will be the same temperature of the pool. Once the spa is turned on, the heat will delegate to the spa and the spa temperature will heat to the 104° or close to it. Once the spa is off, the temperature will redelegate to the pool and go back to the 90° range. A
