The house and pool are amazing. The photos do not do this place justice. The hosts are great, response times to questions or concerns were very quick and they always had the answer. We were here a week and only left the property one day for entertainment- we loved the pool and house so much we didn’t want to leave!

Great property for mutli-couple trip

First, our host Nhut was great. Very responsive and nice. We totally enjoyed the location and house. We were three couples that had plenty of room and privacy. The pool is well maintained and heated as arranged. I would definitely rent this property again.

Lovely family get away

The home is absolutely beautiful! Large yard for the dog and plenty of bedrooms. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. They were literally one text away, and assisted us quickly with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay, amazing villa, amazing host

Villa was absolutely perfect, and in an amazing location. Not far from the parks, but far enough away to be free from the hustle and bustle. complex on site had a lazy river, a slide and good sized pool. Food and drinks were a fair price. Had great communication with the host throughout our stay, and they honestly couldnt do enough for us. I would recommend this place to anybody in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation

5 stars all around...if I could give a 10 I would! We had an amazing stay at this establishment! The hosts, Kelly and Nhut, were wonderful! From when we scheduled our vacation stay until the day we left their communication was top-notch! The house was beautiful, very clean, and we felt right at home. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Excellent stay

We travel to Florida frequently and this home was amazing. The house and pool were great. We did encounter some neighbors that were playing super loud music that had lyrics that were definitely not meant for kids - which this area is family friendly-on more than one occasion. One of the neighbors called security and all was well but please be aware. All in all we will be back.

Clean, modern home, situated a corner home it only had neighbors on one side, quiet and surrounded by green space. Owner very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Good vacation home

Home is clean, property owners were responsive to my questions prior to the trip. Daily garbage pickup is much better than other places that are once a week. Beds are ridiculously comfortable- and I’m picky about that. We had a nice vacation.

we loved this house. kids loved the garage pool table and ping pong and bbq grill. very clean and excellent neighborhood pool with slide and lazy river and nice concession stand for food and drinks. davenport had some great restaurants nearby and a movie theatre.we would stay here again

Beautiful Home & Great Host

My family and I booked a stay at this beautiful property for the Thanksgiving holiday and there was more than enough room for the 8 of us and my fur baby. Nhut was very responsive, helpful and accommodating from booking the reservation to checking out. The property looks just like the photos and the game room was an added bonus. Be advised that this is a resort home, so you will have to check in and get your parking passes before heading to the property. Overall, great stay!

Very Clean House

The house was nice and big. We enjoyed the pool everyday and it was heated. The house was also very clean. Any questions we had the owner of the property was very responsive. I would definitely rent this property again. Great location.

The home was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable .The owner was easy to get a hold of . A nice touch was the showers had shampoo and soap dispenser in them . The pool was heated . I would book this home again .

Fantastic home!

We greatly enjoyed our visit at this lovely home. The owner was immediately reachable and wonderful to deal with. The house was very clean and well maintained. The only suggestion would be to air condition the garage so it can be used for the ping pong and other games. It was too hot in August to appreciate this space.

You will love this villa!

We have been to Orlando a few times and this is definitely one of the best villas we have stayed in. The aircon is really good and consistent, the decor is tasteful and you can tell it is a brand new villa and it was very spacious. You have everything you need making it feel like a home to home. We slept so well every night, everyone commented how soft and comfy all the beds are. You feel like you are sleeping on a marshmallow lol. The kitchen facilities were fantastic. We had quite a few nights where we stayed in to cook in the Villa after shopping at local publix as it can be expensive to eat out when there’s a lot of you. The pool was definitely a highlight too (no need to heat the pool in July) and there was lots of floats to keep us entertained. Also the villa is in the corner plot so the road was really quiet. The communication with the host was fantastic, even before arrival nothing was too much trouble. We needed a couple of additions for the games room and he replenished them the very next day! I love the washing machine and tumble dryer, I did over 20 loads of washing whilst there and came back home with no dirty washing! We are sad to leave Orlando and would love to come back to this villa again thank you for everything :)
