The house features an exterior with tropical palm trees, a lake view across from the back of a South facing Lanai covered pool/spa, and an elegant professionally designed interior. Living areas are very bright and clean to make you feel cool and relaxing after long walks at Disney parks, a day at the beach or after a golf tee time. Gathering times are surely enjoyable with talks and laughs, whether on the comfortable couch or around the large, fully equipped, modernized kitchen to prepare food, or have a formal dinner at the dining table overlook to the amazing pool with another outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. Bring all your friends and family! They will be amazed at this spacious vacation home with a professional designed and air-conditions “Macrocosm” game room. Six themed bedrooms will satisfy all adults and kids in your party.

There are two theme master bedrooms with King size bed on the main level, both with ensuite full bathrooms. Another bonus master bedroom also with King side bed and ensuite full bath upstairs! Additional rooms feature Queen Mickey room, double twin beds Pokémon room, double twin beds Mario room with its own full bath, a share full bath and a beach theme living area upstairs.

Additional guests after 12 guests is charged $25 per person/per night.

We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $120 for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have an early check-in or late check-out.

There is a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation that guests will have to pay it at the club house if decided to use the Solterra Resort Amenities. The fee below is subject to change and can only be paid with a credit or debit card. No cash will be accepted.

- BBQ grill: cleaning fee: $50

- Heated pool: $40/day for the full length of stay, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum or your length of stay if staying less than 4 nights). All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. Pool heat is an OPTIONAL amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation. The pool heat is not refundable.

***Pool Heat Special Terms & Conditions***

• When pool heat is requested, the heater is turned on the 24 hrs before check-in. It can take several hours before the pool reaches the desired temperature.

• Pool heaters operate on a timer that is set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening

• The pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for running the heat pump and the electricity use that goes with it for 8-10 hours a day. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day due to ambient weather conditions during the day and night.

• The average final water temperature will be between 78°F to 86°F. Note: The pool heaters will not heat the pool to 'bath' temperature or like a spa. The heater will be in operation for up to 12 hours each day (at the same time as the pool pump is running); they do not operate 24 hours per day. For this reason, the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat.

• Pool heat pumps thrive on heat from the atmosphere. Because of this, during operation at lower temperatures, a pool heat pump may not be able to heat the pool quite as high as preferred.

• Only our pool personnel are authorized to change the pool heater settings. If the guest changes any settings, this will result in extra charges

• Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. We will do everything we can to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Compensation will be limited to the amount paid for pool heat during the days that the pool heater has not been running only.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you booked, we will send you a link to finish the booking and sign the rental agreement. The door code will be sent to you a day before you arrive.

There is a Ring Camera at the front facing the entryway. This camera allows us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door. Please do not cover the Ring Camera. We must cancel your stay if you cover Ring Camera, and we won't refund it.
