    Cockroach upon arrival in entry, master shower trickled out of top and filled tub so standing in water, no cutting board, no bigger bowls, no instructions for trash, tv. Ill equipped. Some plug outlets coming out of wall. Not helpful when called.

    House needs attention upstairs little black bugs. Kitchen needs mopping more. Need more cooking utensils. Please check all cable boxes. Didn't work in the room downstairs. Overall a nice stay.

    Nice place with plenty of room and clean, however the kitchen isn’t very well stocked for cooking. There were no baking pans or dishes and very little in the way of cooking items. The only other negative was the beds, they aren’t very comfortable.

    Nice property, great communication, clean and ready for us upon arrival. Host was easy to communicate with and location was very convenient to access the theme parks. Would recommend !

    Everything was perfect, but we couldn't get 2 of the TVs to work. Not a big deal though since we were in and out quite a bit.

    property was in a good location- close to many food options and gas. House was stocked minimally with basics; enough to get by. They could offer more items in the kitchen including basic linens. I would say house was flat out dirty- floors and baseboards look like they havent been cleaned in months. Ants by the pool and pool was dirty. We tried cleaning it ourselves but the cleaning net provided was tore.

    Would rent again. Great, quiet location. Open area to a retention pond with seabird activity outside the pool gate. Comfortable beds. Great set-up for family with bed & bathroom design upstairs. Great washer & dryer. Requested pool to be heated but our request was never honored despite being acknowledged.

    wow! unbelievable! much nicer than the pictures! great neighborhood! extremely clean! everything we needed- well stocked! mostly private pool! great communication! plenty of room! overall great experience- we really enjoyed!! if your thinking about it, just grab it fast, because you definitely will enjoy your stay! :)

    Great Experience Home away from Home

    Overall we had a great experience at this property. Good communication and customer service provided. Since December and January are a bit cooler we requested the pool heat which worked great at night however, during the day Florida is hot, so the pool was warmer then we would have liked just some to keep in mind. Overall we are happy with our stay best New Years ever.

    TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE

    THIS VACATION HOME HAD A HORRIBLE INSECT PROBLEM --- WE CONTACTED VRBO ON OUR FIRST NIGHT AT 3:30 AM...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT CARE AT ALL-- WE CALLED REPEATEDLY AND NEVER GOT THE HELP WE NEEDED AND DESERVED---VRBO SHOULD HAVE HELPED US BY PUTTING US IN A DIFFERENT HOUSE - OUR 1ST NIGHT OUR DAUGHTER WOKE UP AT 3 AM IN A PANIC--- SHE HAD ANTS CRAWLING ALL OVER HER AS SHE SLEPT --- HER BED WAS INFESTED WITH ANTS -- SHE COULD NOT SLEEP IN THE ROOM AND WAS SO TERRIFIED THAT SHE SLEPT ON THE SOFA THROUGHOUT OUR ENTIRE STAY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. OUR SON WAS NOT SO LUCKY, HE WAS BITTEN INSIDE HIS EAR AS HE SLEPT --- IT GOT SO INFECTED THAT HE HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM AS SOON AS HIS PLANE LANDED. This vacation home had a terrible insect problem; A slow drain problem in the master bathroom and in the kitchen -- we never used the dishwasher because it had dirty, scummy, smelly water inside of it--- it leaked this dirty water onto the floor when we used the kitchen sink which had an extremely slow drain; When we first got there the pots were dirty; it also had a problem with the TV connections. This was our 3rd stay at Champions Gate, our family was really looking forward to staying there. It's a shame what happened to us. We never had a problem with the other vacation rentals - WE ARE COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH VRBO -- WE CALLED REPEATEDLY ASKING FOR HELP AND NO ONE HELPED US --- WE EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE!!!!

    A fabulous property

    I stayed here for 12 nights with my husband and our 3 children, for our first holiday in Florida. The property was beautifully presented, just like the photos, and spotlessly clean throughout. We were very comfortable during our stay and would definitely return to this property. I felt the kitchen could be better equipped with basic items, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, a gorgeous property !!!

    My family stayed in this house for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The house is decorated in a modern fashion. The layout on the first floor was great for dinner and gathering after dinner. The entire house was spotless! What a great surprise when you enter and find it meets you level of cleanliness!
