🚗 **Parking**

Please follow all community parking rules and designated parking requirements during your stay. Vehicles must be parked only in permitted areas. Please do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or restricted areas.

• Check-in: **4:00 PM**

• Check-out: **10:00 AM**



Early check-in or late check-out may be available for **$45 per hour**, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance so our team can confirm availability.



🗑️ **Trash & Waste Disposal**

Please place all household trash in **13-gallon trash bags** and dispose of them in the designated trash bins located at the front of the home.



Trash is collected **every morning by the HOA**.



🏊 **Pool & Spa Heating — Optional**

Pool and spa heating is available for **$35 per day**.



For the best experience, we recommend requesting pool heat at least **3 days before arrival** so the water has sufficient time to reach a comfortable temperature.



🔥 **Grill Rental — Optional**

A **4-burner propane grill** is available for:

• **$105 per week**, including one full propane tank

• Additional days: **$15/day**

• Additional propane refill: **$40**



🧻 **Starter Supplies**

To make your arrival easier, we provide a starter supply of essential items, including trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.



These are intended as initial supplies only. Guests staying for longer periods should plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Bath towels are provided for **indoor bathroom use only**.



Pool towels provided at the home are intended for use at the **private pool only**. Towels from the home should not be taken to the clubhouse, resort pool, water park, beach, or other off-site locations.



Please bring your own towels if you plan to visit these areas.



🌙 **Quiet Hours**

Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**.
