Important pool heating details:

• Max temperature: 95°F (35°C)

• The pool operates like a spa — the entire body of water

heats uniformly (spa area and main pool reach the same

temperature)

• The heater works by heat exchange and is NOT effective in

cold weather

• If outdoor temps are low and the desired temperature is

not reached, no refund is offered

• The heater pump has an automatic safety shutoff to prevent

overheating in cold conditions — it will reactivate once

recovered

• Community pools at The Retreat Club and Oasis Club are

heated at no extra charge

Gate registration:

All drivers must present a valid driver's license or

government-issued ID at the gate. Please send us the full

names (first and last) of all guests in your group before

arrival so we can pre-register everyone. An orange pass will

be issued at the gate — it must remain visible on the

dashboard at all times.

For guest safety and privacy:

• Access is strictly limited to registered guests only

• No third parties may enter the property during a

reservation unless previously coordinated

• Each reservation is assigned a unique access code

ChampionsGate Resort is a gated, family-friendly community

with a true resort vibe and excellent amenities — just a

short drive from Orlando's top attractions.

Approximate drive times (traffic varies — avoid I-4 between

3–6 PM):

• Epic Universe (Universal Studios): ~30 min

• SeaWorld Orlando: ~25 min

• Orlando International Airport (MCO): ~35 min

Getting Around:

Free on-site parking available. A car is strongly

recommended for flexibility and easy access to I-4. No

parking on grass, sidewalks, or blocking neighbors'

driveways. No commercial vehicles allowed.

Uber/Lyft are allowed, but drivers must comply with gate

registration rules (valid ID required).

Package delivery: We recommend Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

USPS may return packages to sender. We are not responsible

for returned, delayed, or undelivered packages.
