Be our guest in our 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom Disney themed "Minnie Mansion II" pool home. It is meticulously clean and newly renovated. It offers luxurious and spacious living for families visiting the Orlando area theme parks - it's only a short, 12 mile drive away from Mickey and all his friends, located in the fabulous Champions Gate Resort.
Why should the kids have all the fun? EIGHT themed bedrooms, including two impressive themed King Suites, six additional themed bedrooms, themed bathrooms, a themed home theater, themed game room, lanai & heated pool await the fun seeking members of your family!

1st Floor:
Primary Bedroom #1: Magical Fantasy Suite
The downstairs primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large soaking tub. There's a 55" 4k Smart TV. USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

Primary Bedroom #2: King of the Jungle Suite
The 2nd primary bedroom has a King size bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and a walk in shower. There's a 55" 4k Smart TV and USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

Up and Over and Under! BONUS PLAY ROOM - Up! Up! and away! A real-life version of Carl and Ellie's home sits firmly on the ground inside our home. Now you can imagine yourself being carried away by thousands of balloons on an adventure with Carl and Russell.

Kitchen: The Mickey themed kitchen is equipped with you in mind, ensuring it feels like a true getaway. It has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We know how important a good cup of coffee is and provide a large Keurig machine and coffee pot. There is a Mickey waffle maker, Mickey toaster, kettle, and plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The breakfast bar has seating for four while the dining room table has seating for eight.
Family room: Relax by the cultured stone fireplace in our open concept family room watching your favorite show on the 75" 4K Smart TV with ample seating for the entire family.

Game Room: Game the night away in our climate controlled black light Pizza Planet themed game room featuring two 65" Flat screen TVs, X-Box, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch ready docking bay, Foosball table, Air hockey, Basketball and arcade games. There's plenty of board games for rainy days or play our own Hidden Mickey game hidden throughout the house and win a prize from us!

2nd Floor:

#3. Little Mermaid suite: Take a journey under the sea in Ariel's gadget filled grotto bunkbed with 4 twin beds and slide.

#4. Monsters, Inc. Suite:
Our beautiful King Bedroom Mickey Suite on the 2nd floor offers a 55" 4k smart TV. It is equipped with USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

#5. Incredibles Bunkbed Suite:
The kids will have an Incredible night sleeping in our action packed bunkbed with slide. "Dash" up to the twin size bunk and slide down to the queen size bed.

#6. Incredibles King Suite: Our spacious Incredibles suite is perfect for heroes of all ages. It offers a 55" 4k smart TV and is equipped with USB hub chargers on the nightstands. The adult Incredibles bedroom and children's Incredibles bedroom are connected by an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with an oversized walk in shower, toilet and double sinks.

#7. Lilo & Stitch Suite:
Say Aloha to our Tiki hut Lilo & Stitch suite with a round queen sized bed and 55" 4k smart TV.

#8. Peter Pan Suite:Never grow up and fly off to Neverland in our Peter Pan themed bedroom. This room boasts Captain Hook's Jolly Roger full size bed docked along the twin Dream & Magic boat bunkbeds! Watch movies on the 55" 4k smart TV with twinkling stars above you.

Home Theatre:
The upstairs Star Wars themed theatre has an 85" 4k Smart TV with a sound bar and leather seating for everyone to enjoy family movie night or play on the Nintendo and Sega Genesis game systems.

Laundry room:
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for your use to make a longer vacation easier to pack for. There's also an iron and ironing board.

Pool and Lanai:
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting Nemo & friends themed covered lanai complete with pool and bubbling spa, outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers, 4K Smart TV as well as a giant Connect 4 and giant Jenga game. There are outdoor plates and glasses for the patio area. There's also a bbq for your use, (we recommend hamburgers and hotdogs because fish are friends not food 😂) with the first tank of propane on us, so just keep grilling!

For our youngest travelers the home is equipped with a high chair, stroller, and pack n play. There's outlet covers, retractable baby gates on the stairs, a pool alarm and child safety fence by the pool. We offer towels in all of the bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Large pool towels are also available, rolled and placed by the pool with extras placed in the laundry area.

There is no daily housekeeping service however additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. We provide the following for your starter kit, after that you are responsible for the replacements during your stay. Paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, one bar of soap in each bathroom, one garbage bag in each garbage can, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, dish soap for the dishwasher, laundry detergent pods for the washing machine. As per Florida state law we are not allowed to leave opened food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. We are near many grocery stores and there is every amenity imaginable nearby.
With all of this and more, nothing has been overlooked! Our home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation in style.
