Modern Resort-Style Stay

Perfect getaway to unwind and relax. This fully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located within the amazing Ventura Country Club. A secured gated golf resort community. Some of the amenities include: pools, pickle ball courts, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, gym, 18 hole golf course, playground and tennis courts. This is resort living at it's best!
Perfect ground floor unit located within steps of community pool and spa. Easy access from parking lot right into the unit. No stairs. Great for loading and unloading during your stay. Delightful open floor plan! A full renovation was just completed on the entire unit. Unit is equipped with brand new appliances.
Guest access
Private community with a 24 hour manned gate. Guests need to be registered at the main gate. This unit is set up for full time hosting, you have full private access to the unit.
Other things to note
For your convenience the trash dumpster is located on the parking lot across our unit.

No parties. No gatherings of any kind. No pets. No loud noises after 10pm. No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the unit, including the porch. Must be 21 years of age to book. Only registered guests allowed at property. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Must notify of any damages immediately upon discovery.

We enjoyed crispy waffles using the toaster oven. Very comfortable bed. Nice private room I could experience the 7th day Sabbath while my husband enjoyed movies. I enjoyed having a bidet. We have a bidet at home. Nice available towels and nice big walk in closet. Quaint table with nice stools. Nice relaxing sofa. I really loved the area.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The place was nice, clean, and great for what we needed. The only reason it has 3 stars is because of the neighbors above the unit. There was so much movement almost like stomping all night long which made it very difficult to sleep. This occurred both nights. In addition there was a connection issue with the TV in the main area that would go in and out. Other than that it was good and the neighborhood was quiet and well kept.

Perfect for us!

This space was perfect! ! It was affordable with luxury amenities! Cleanliness was top notch and spacious enough for a family! My daughter and I stayed here to attend a HS graduation for a friend of hers
. So I spent quite a bit of time alone and it was comfortable, cozy and had practically everything I needed.There are two entrances - which initially threw me off but Gina was super helpful. It’s a gated community but Instacart and Iber were able to access with no problem. I would stay here again!

Outstanding accommodations, reasonably priced, excellent customer service. We were here for my father-in-law’s funeral. I left my computer bag upon leaving and the owner called me promptly to report. The cleaning staff waited for my return to pick up. Thank you for your caring and patience. We will stay here again!

Great stay!

Was in town for grandson’s golf tournament, was perfect for us, close to the tournament site and easy to get around the area. Lots of good restaurants and stores in the area.Would definitely stay there again.
