Come to stay in this wonderful 3 bedrooms modern house where you will enjoy peace and quiet. This beautiful house is located 30 minutes from the MCO airport and minutes away form the attractions. It is futher equiped with all the items you have at home and more. During your stay you will enjoy the heated pool and a game room especially designed to provide additional amusement .
This special jewel features 2 queens beds one in the master bedroom with its walk-in closet. One bunkbed in the 3 rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the leaving room. The house has a lanai with a TV and a nice seating area. The house is equipped with high speed internet if your trip should be for business reasons.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was great! We had a couple of small issues, but the owner responded quickly and took care of things. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and warm. A/C was perfect temp. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Disney Vacation

Stayed here for week to visit Disney Magic Kingdom and other parks. Lovely home, cold ac, love the big screen tv, kids loved the pool, didn't have time for the hot tub so no review on that. Short drive to most any of the theme parks just have to deal with the contested traffic between locals and visitors. Many restaurants closeby. Clean and well equipped for most of your basic needs.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin des Hauses. Es ist alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der TĂŒrcode wurde vorab per whatsapp und per Mail geschickt. Wenn man eine Frage hatte, hat die Vermieterin sofort per whatsapp geantwortet. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist allerdings nicht so schön wie gedacht, da die US 192 immer sehr voll ist und dadurch der Weg zu den Parks lĂ€nger ist als gedacht. Man braucht mindestens 45min mit dem Auto in die Parks durch den starken Verkehr auf der Straße.

Lovely stay

It was a getaway for me and my husbands 26th wedding anniversary and i must say everything was nice. Before my arrival, if i had questions, i messaged the host and an email was sent back to me. I arrived to the area early and asked could i check in and was allowed to do so. wssbbeaboutan a l eay and was alloweso.

Nice House but location..

The house was exactly as pictured, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The only downside was the location. It is only 15 minutes away from Disney but with traffic it was easily 45 minutes. Also, the property is away from the main gate area so restaurant options are limited. There are three nearby supermarkets including Walmart.

It was very hard checking in. There was no information given. The communication was very poor than entering the house. It was very dirty and dated. Nothing worked properly. There was no remote that worked for the TV in the living room or bedroom. The pictures on the ad are a lot better than what it looks in person.

Winter getaway

Close to restaurants and shops in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Home is exactly as described/pictured. Host is very responsive for any issue that may arise. We enjoyed the pool and our stay was very relaxing.

Havre de paix!!

L'une des plus belles expériences de ce voyage! Endroit TRÈS tranquille! AprÚs de longues files d'attentes, cette maison était notre petit refuge, notre moment de relaxation. La maison était au-delà nos attentes et nous avons pris rapidement plaisir à son comfort (piscine, spa, repas,ect). L'annonce sur VRBO correspondait trÚs bien à la maison. Nous sommes trÚs heureux du service obtenu. C'est sans hésiter qu'on recommandera l'endroit à nos amis qui se rendront à Orlando. Merci pour votre hospitalité!

Relaxing Getaway

Absolutely the best place our family has stayed in Florida hands down!! We would definitely stay here again! When we stayed we felt at home, the host made us feel welcome and she was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed everything about our stay and had zero complaints or concerns. Our boys had a blast playing in the pool and it was a relaxing experience for my husband and I. Thank you so much for your hospitality and allowing us to stay and make memories as a family!

Great house for the price

The home was beautiful, spacious, and a great central location to Orlando’s most popular attractions. The decor was lovely and the beds were SO comfortable (10/10). The kid’s favorite part was the pool and game room. The four star rating is only provided for purposes of transparency as we did have some challenges during our stay. To be fair, The house was booked last minute while the owner happened to be out of the country. They did their best to fix the issues in a timely manner given they were doing so remotely. The owner kept fantastic communication as we tried to troubleshoot the issue and provided fair and equitable compensation for any inconvenience. As a frequent renter and traveler, I am overall pleased with this as a rental choice and would definitely stay here again in the future.

First time in Davenport!!

Beautiful home but needs some TLC, both bathroom sinks need to be replace along with fixing the cloth tub in the bathroom near the 2 bedrooms. I had to wait 20+ minutes after each shower for the water to finally go down the drain. The house alarm batteries need to be replace. And the worst part the POOL is NOT HEATED!!!! I was there for 5 nights and not once was the pool heated, the host house description in Vrbo is misleading because is it states the pool is heated, but after asking him, I was told the pool is supposedly heated by solar panels that do not seem to work! Host is SUPER EXTRA with the checking in process, in my email confirmation it clearly states that the host is supposed to provide the access code to the home three days before the arrival. Well the Host makes you wait into the actual time of Check-In which is 4 PM to give you the code and even then, I still had to message him to get my code at 4:20 PM. Which even then he had the audacity to question me if I was even at the property like if that even matter, imagine if I was on a late flight and had to deal with that SMH do better!! The home is near the parks as stated and is on a good quite neighbor. Also notice someone will come by the home when we will leave for the day and magically fill the Cold Pool back up which made me feel uneasy since I felt my every move was being watched

Great Location

The property was clean and the checkin process was seamless. It is close enough to amenities and far enough from the freeway to not hear any noise! A short drive to Disney, it was everything we wanted!

Good place

We had a good time here. The pool pump was broke so we were unable to the pool during our stay. We had a call into the property manager with little help, but the home owner went above and beyond and answered all our questions personally. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Disney parks, Universal, or Sea World. It was about a 35 minute (in traffic) drive each day.
