This property features a fantastic covered outdoor area showcasing a large pool and spa combo! Soak up the sun from the water or choose to settle into one of the many plush loungers that dots the pool and spa deck. This area is also ideal for outdoor dining when an alfresco meal would hit the spot.



Interior Amenities

Welcoming colors, ample space and a decidedly Florida-inspired modern aesthetic awaits when guests walk through the front door of this home. This two-level home is an inspired place to relax .This villa features not one, but two large living rooms for guests to cozy up in. The primary living room hosts dual white leather sofas settled around a plush swirled area rug and modern glass coffee table. The sofas are topped with colorful blue and red throw pillows to match the shiny blue curtain panels that adorn the large windows in this space as well.



The living room opens up to the spacious kitchen where guests can serve up breakfast, lunch, or dinner with ease. This culinary space includes an extended breakfast bar with granite countertops as well as stainless-steel appliances and custom cabinetry filled with cookware. When it’s time to dine, guests can gather around the table for 4 in this area or make the most of additional breakfast bar seating options.



When a bit of friendly competition is top of mind, the game room in this home is a great addition to enjoy! Here, guests will find billiards, an Xbox, Wii console, and an air hockey table too. When all the fun has you looking to get a good night’s rest, the home features 6 bedrooms in total. There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
