Stay at this beautiful renovated suite (Dec 2020) in Orlando just a few minutes away from Universal studio with a gorgeous lake view. The Enclave offers everything from 3 pools inside and out, 24 hr Gym, restaurants, front desk, security, play yard, bar and so much more. The unit is 1.8 km from Universal Studios Orlando and 10 minute drive to Disney. . This apartment is 1.9 km from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and 3 km from International Drive Orlando.

The apartment is unique is one-of-a-kind. Apartment has balcony with views of Universal Orlando & lake views. It's also one of the only condos at the complex with a mid-size refrigerator & fully functional kitchen. The unit is fully renovated as of Dec 2020! Fireworks can also be seen from the balcony

For Universal Studios I recommend Uber or Lyft rides ( costs around $5 -$7)

There are coin laundry facilities on the 3rd & 4th floors, plus ice machine & vending machine on the 5th floor. There are 2 elevators located on the south side of the building. There are 2 stairwells - one is right outside the unit & the other is near the elevators. There are over 200 world class attractions, dining options, nightlife, shops, and shows within walking distance of the apartment.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available also because of COVID. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

Yes, the host interaction was excellent; I was provided ‘how to’ reach the manager, Fernando. The manager quickly responded & arranged to have the sliding glass door repaired in a timely fashion. One of the glass sliding doors was totally discolored therefore, unable to see out of one side. The reason we chose this VRBO was that it provided a balconymost paramount reason we booked our stay there. Additionally, There is a wobbly toilet seat and the hotel has only mildly warm water to shower late nights; other times of day there was adequate hot water supply. The bathroom would really benefit with just a little towel rack by the sink for the (most used) hand towel. There is plenty room in the bathroom to place a stool/chairWe moved a chair from the kitchenette into a corner space in the bathroom so helpful! The couch is very uncomfortableno cushion support at all. Only 1 of the lamps by the bed worked. Our room was quiet/private, multiple (3) means of adjusting room temp/humidity, comfy bed & pillows. Ice machine down the hall worked well. There is a drip coffee maker & coffee filters but No coffee or drip type coffee pods.There are no vendor, water, coffee in the visitor registration area; no bar/restaurant within the huge Enclave complex. Parking is convenient.Easy walk to diners. Overall we would ‘make do’ to stay here again ourselves; however, we would not recommend it to friends. The building and hallways, as well as our VRBO is extremely ‘dated’ and bare-basic.

Thanksgiving getaway

Booked this listing for the week of Thanksgiving while my daughter was visiting from college. We had plans to go to universal and spend time with some drinks laying by the pool. Booked this listing after reading in the listing info that it was not only a cheap uber ride to universal, but had multiple pools and an onsite bar and convenient store. In check in instruction it states that a key card for the building would be provided. upon check in I was told this was not needed.. this I would later realize was because the lock on the building had been taken off with visible wires remaining where the lock should have been, allowing anyone access to the building. However, when using other doors to access the pool you could not get back into the building and had to walk all the way around to the door with the broken lock. After inquiring at the registration office on the second day of our stay we were informed that there is also no bar or store on premises and there had not been for some time. This was misinformation provided in the listing. Also, although there are three pools at the property the outdoor pools are not heated at all and the water was to cold to use and the outdoor pools/hot tub close 30 min prior to dusk which I have never heard of before. The large tv in the room does not allow for regular tv channels only apps which require you to login with your own login info (if you pay for the app) otherwise no tv is available. The entire hotel and room were all very run down.

Great place!

Let me start by saying, my husband and I are active travelers so we’re not picky when it comes to accommodations. We look for amenities, location, and price that works for US; especially, on this trip where we spent 90% of our time at Universal and Disney. This rental met OUR needs perfectly. We enjoyed having the kitchen for meals and balcony which was very private and had a great view of the lake. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves during the one lazy day we spent at the condo. You better really like who you’re with if you’re traveling with more than two people. The unit is small but perfect for an easygoing couple. My only feedback is that it is waayyy longer than a 9-minute walk to Universal, like it says in the listing. It’s a 9-minute drive, more like a 45-minute walk. Ubers to and from Disney parks ranged from $17-$30 one-way. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was as described, except the tv did not work at all. It said it was connected to wifi but we could never establish a connection to any of the apps to watch tv. The property was close to universal studio nice view of the pond. The unit was spacious. But it was definitely not been remodled. It was old original carpet that was dirty. But one of the house rules was no shoes aloud. My white sock were so dirty. The room air-conditioner was a portable air-conditioner. It was vented out onto the balcony. So the balcony was unusable because it was to hot. The tv never worked it kept losing signal. Very small fridge and coffee pot. Couldnt use the safe because its from the 70s or 80s and you needed a key to use. Water pressure in the shower was a trickle and the plastic shower curtian was nasty. Toilet was put on crooked. If you wanted to read in bed this place is not for you. Both lamps by the bed dont work because plugs by the bed didnt work. They need to update there listing very misleading and not truthful

Don’t hesitate! Book this studio now!

Very clean studio with a movie theme. The bed was so soft and I want to know where he got the pillows! They were extremely comfortable! The balcony view is breathtaking! The owner, the property manager and the resort staff were all polite, friendly and very helpful! Super clean. Zero complaints about the room and bathroom. It is only a 5 minute drive to Universal Studios, which we loved. There’s SO much to do within a mile that you can walk to, such as a bunch of restaurants and even ICON Park! They have a huge Ferris wheel that you shouldn’t miss. Oh! Just crossed the street on Thursday-Saturday nights is a speakeasy with a dueling piano bar called Jewel. Unlike any other one dueling piano bar, this is set in an intimate setting, so it’s not packed with people and you practically get to hear 90% of your song requests. Extremely clean studio! We will definitely stay here again! Probably next year! Thanks!!

Overall on the surface the room looks exactly like the pictures. What you don't see until you get there is how old and dirty looking the carpet is, how the shower either doesn't get hot or gets SO HOT that it almost scalds your skin, ALL WHILE having to wear your sandals in the shower while standing on top of a towel because the tub is dingy and it's stopped up so you have to shower fast so that you won't have dirty tub water up to your ankles!! Whew! Let me take a breather after all of that! Oh, wait! I forgot! I almost couldn't breathe because of the dust that is caked up in the vent! Gross!!! Let's also not forget that the only ice machine in my building did not work, so my only options were to come from the 5th floor of my building and go out to the other buildings on the property to see if their ice machine worked, OR I could go and buy my own ice. I chose the latter option and also had to buy a cooler to store the ice in. My entire stay I had to think to myself "Few more days and I'm out of here." While the pictures are "cute" and draw you in, please address the issues with this rental property.
