Located in a quiet neighborhood, experience the excellent comfort and serenity of this space during your stay. Enjoy a large backyard however there is no fence so please keep all pets on a leash and young children supervised. Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer when you stay at our place. 10-15 minutes from Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, and Leu Gardens. 20-30 minutes from Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Orlando International Premium Outlets, the Florida Mall, Icon Park, and Orlando International Airport. 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Space Coast Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Kennedy Space Center.

The house was perfect for us. Owner was responsive for anything we needed. The house was clean. It was a very nice older home and was in the area we needed to be. We would stay there again.

Visit for UCF graguation

House was great and very clean. Slight issue with getting passcode, but was resolved before we arrived. Beds were a bit soft for our taste, but others may prefur that. Centrally located for our needs. Would definatly stay there again.
