The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool isn’t heated and Florida had a recent cold snap, so it was chilly. We did still get in for a quick swim. The Internet was down, and it took a day for a new box to be installed. Jose was very responsive and handled all requests quickly. The house could use a few more essentials, such as more tp, paper towels, bottle opener, salt and pepper.Very nice house and Jose is great!

Host was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Home was beautiful and clean. We were disappointed that we stayed in Orlando instead of closer to the Daytona races specifically for the hot tub and pool to find out after our arrival the hot tub heater was not functioning and Pool (although clean) was too cold to use. House had many lightbulbs out which is an easy fix but made rooms very dark. Other than the listing that showed the hot tub incorrectly as an amenity everything else was fine.

We especially loved the movie room and spent most of our time here...it became too cold outside for much else! The kitchen worked well for us to cook some meals in and save some money. All of the areas we used were kept clean, which we truly appreciate as it's a hit-or-miss with privately owned properties. We also appreciated the bathroom amenities waiting for us after a long day of travel. Heat worked well for the cold weather we had. Jose was very responsive and quick to help with any issues.

Very spacious home, just as pictured. Very clean, spacious master with huge bathroom. Close to shopping, restaurants and Orlando Speed World. Loved the quiet street, large driveway and useable garage. Will definitely be back

This is a beautiful house but from the moment we arrived we had issues. The 2 pages of instructions left on the fridge were so confusing and made no sense. Upon arrival the pool & hot tub had no heat & there was a warning light on. The instructions tell you to use a remote (that didnt work) and turn a bunch of knobs (which were not labled). When reporting this to the host Jose, he said he was sending the pool guy but the local handyman was the person who kept coming. As nice as the handy man was even he was confused and unable to "fix" it until our 3rd day. Apparently there was no propane to heat the pool and spa. We were able to use it only ONE night. The next morning there was a massive ceiling leak from the 2nd flr bathroom down to the 1st floor bathroom. I called Jose, who said that there was never a problem before and he sent the handyman over to fix it. The handyman brings a plumber who tells us that he recently fixed this issue and he cut something too short. We spent that day cleaning up all the water. The next morning at 9am i report to Jose that the heat isnt working in the pool & spa again but he doesnt respond until 1:30 in the afternoon. He said he'd send someone. A few hours later i text him asking for an update- he sends me a text saying i "notified him too late" and he cant get anyone. The outdoor speakers, fan & light didnt work. The small shower on the 2nd flr had no hot water and when i asked the plumber he said "i dont know". The need a better host!
