There's a new property fee per night not advertised anywhere. This should be known before booking. I booked after it was supposedly implemented on Jan 6, 2026.

We arrived late In the evening and we let them know ,no problems there. We unpacked the car and wanted to take a shower but couldn't because the tub was dirty, problems with the heating system and had problems with the TV and the phone didn't work. I used my cellphone to call them and I was told they would come and fix the fix things, no one came. The next morning I used my cellphone and called again they asked if we would like to change rooms and then said they didn't have any other room avaliable. They finally came and worked on the heating system and cleaned the tub(it was gross). The floor was also dirty my slipper socks were black on the bottom. Breakfast ends early 9am so we missed it on Monday but did get it on Tuesday and Wednesday and it was a nice buffet and the staff kept everything full and clean especially the man working on customers side of the counter and he was very nice. My husband is handicapped and we were there to see our grandson make a presentation at a convention in Orlando and didn't have time to look for another hotel/motel or packing and unpacking again.The telephone was never fixed. We think 9am is too early to end breakfast people had to turn away because the door was locked at 9 exactly. Most hotels we've been to stop breakfast at 9:30-10 some even as late as 10:30am.

BEWARE: COCKROACHES. Alive above the bed. We left immediately. Completely unacceptable. Staff were incompetent, said they didn’t have the room we paid for, and no supervisor (Michael) was available. AC/heat didn’t work, and they wouldn’t switch rooms. Shuttle service was useless (9:45am drop-off, 6:15pm pickup), forcing us to Uber both ways. Good location, terrible experience. Disappointed Expedia lists this property. Seeking a refund and compensation.

The front desk person did his best with the long line of check-ins on the night we checked it. We maybe waited 45 minutes but he was super nice. The room was overall clean, however the bathroom had a strange (maybe moldy) smell? Overall, it was clean and a decent stay. The free breakfast was not the best. Egg patties and sausage patties. The line for the waffles was long. Some bread and cereal. No bagels etc. I probably wouldn’t start here again, but it wasn’t bad overall.

We were given a room that was filthy, rotten with cigarette smoke, full of trash, the bed was all messed up, a room that had already been used. We had to go back and tell the reception, they changed the room, but they didn't apologize for the mistake. We were exhausted and wanted to rest.
