The room was dirty down to the sheets on arrival. The bathroom floor was constanly wet due to bad circulation, you had to leave the AC on for it not to get wet which left the room extremely cold. It was hard to get wash chlothes and towels.They offered a sprinkler for the kids which is why I chose to stay there but it was never turned on. Extremely disappointed.

Cleaning is terrible. The floor in my room was slimy and so was the furniture. The sheets smelled bad and were damp. The mattresses are old and poor quality. The breakfast was bad, no eggs. Unfortunately a disappointment. I will never come back.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was roaches everywhere, baby roaches, and eggs, and I asked the front desk staff if they could help me spray the room while I was at the Parks they told me they could not and then upon leaving my car was infested with ants and they blamed it on my car having food in it we’ve been traveling from out of state. Of course my car is not perfect, but I’ve stayed for a over a month on vacation at multiple properties never once that I have bugs in my car this place is an absolute health hazard and should be shut down not to mention that breakfast is absolutely terrible. The coffee taste like ash The breakfast is continental and it’s limited and they close it down at 9 o’clock and walk you out and it’s just dry stale food. I understand you get what you pay for it, but this place is extremely misleading and is like I said most likely a health hazard be very warned the front desk. Staff was not accommodating. They didn’t try to help me and they gaslighted me and they were absolutely terrible to me and extremely unprofessional.

I can't give a hotel with a decent pool a 1. But everything else here was concernining. Breakfast being limited for a hotel of this size is a frustration in both soace and offerings. It was 35 people waiting for waffle makers. And much seating outdoors. Nothing bht bread and muffins with orenge being the only non bread option. They turned off the drink machine promptly at nine so my wife and I could not get drinks. Note these were all minor things. Now for the reason for concern: we had toilet would not flush. We called right sffer checking in and went out. We were told it would be adressed. Returninf to room Issue was not fixed. We were told we could move rooms from first to third floor. In this room the gap of the door to floor had no threshold and the room constantly became overly humid. Even for this native floridian. The walls were moist enough that they beant with a touch. Very concerning. Guests smoking was tolerated as affer calling security for marijuana seeping into our room from people around our door, I was told security would check. They sent maintenance, and confronted me in broken English asked jf I smoking. As I was explaining I was the one who called, a woman with kids was leaving due to roaches in her room. Upon walking back to room that night I saw security walk by a woman on ground smoking. Most safety concerning is that front desk never answered phone. Office visit every time. The lack of garbage daily and big full cans in rooms with moisture= bugs.

Our room was next to elevator so we heard that every 2 miniutes. The towels had a stain on them i had to ask for more. Parts of the bed frame was broken so nicked my ankle when put my legs over to get up. There was a women also complaining about the ants getting in her car and infestation. The toilets didnt work properly and the refrigerator was leaking and did not keep my drinks cold.

Cleaning Supervisor cleaned our room on 6-27-after we returned my Calvin Klein tennis shoes were missing. The THeft was reported to Assist. Manager not trying to compensate for the THeft , never had stolen items from my room.

Looked like a dump- they gave us a dirty room when checking in and it smelled something awful. We then had to go back and they gave us another room- at this point it was down pouring and we realized we did not get the king bed we reserved but the queen. The bathroom smelled like mildew and everything just felt gross! The breakfast was so crowded and honestly just dreadful. Don’t stay here it’s worth paying more somewhere else!!

We love the price and how clean the room, locate in an area close to the theme parks and shopping. Breakfast is simple, nothing salty on the menu. Staff was helpful.

There was a smell when we first walked into the room and you could hear the suitcases and cleaning carts rolling outside all morning but besides that, the stay was great. Breakfast was served in the mornings but get pretty busy. There was a lot of restaurants and stores nearby and it was just a short drive from universal . I would stay here again
