This vacation villa is minutes away from everything Orlando/Kissimmee/Davenport has to offer! It is perfectly located in the center of it all--with Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Orlando International Airport, and the Orlando Convention Center a short distance away.

This is a beautifully furnished townhouse located in The Enclaves at Festival, Champions Gate community that offers the benefits of resorts with the added comfort of a spacious 1,653 square foot townhouse. This three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse includes: living room with smart TV, dining room, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, master bath with large shower, and smart TV. All mattresses are upgraded quality - not your typical rental.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a smart TV in each of these bedrooms. Including the pull-out sofa, this villa sleeps seven. High speed wireless internet service is provided free of cost.
On site amenities include a huge resort-style pool with kids’ water park, fitness center, miniature golf course and beach volleyball court.

We welcome a maximum of two pets for a small fee.

We had the most amazing stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, nicely decorated, and had all the comforts of home — plus some thoughtful extras like games, beach towels, and basic kitchen and laundry needs.The location was ideal — close enough to everything we wanted to do, but quiet enough to truly relax. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay.

Great spot

The townhouse was well appointed with everything you need. The location was quite and easy to get to. Disney is about a 20-25 minute ride depending on traffic and the airport is 35min. Beds were a little low but comfy. Tons of food options a short drive away. The host was great with communication and allowed us to check-in early for a small fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place if you have down time

Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The beds were firm but a very nice foam - which is a huge plus for me! Plenty of space & clean. Unfortunately, not quite enough wash cloths for every day so we had to wash & reuse them, so bring your own if you have more than 4 people or if you dont want to do laundry constantly while on vacation. When we arrived, we couldnt get in because we had not received any instructions with the door code - and we arrived 4 hours after check-in, so that was frustrating after a long drive. We never got to use the ammenities because they are only open until 4:30, which was disappointing for my youngest who wanted to go after dinner. So if you have full days planned at parks, you wont have time to use them even if you leave the parks early like we did. The garage/game room was nice, unfortunately one of the pucks was missing on the airhockey table, but i used one of our plastic souvenir cups. It sort of worked. Overall, it was a very nice place. If we stay again, i would definitely make sure we have an extra day so we could actually use the amenities since that was a huge attraction for us in staying there that we didnt get to take advantage of due to the limited hours.

Wonderful stay! Clean townhouse and safe neighborhood. Perfect for family of 3 plus 1 adult. Thank you for black out curtains! Beautiful community pool. My husband enjoyed the community gym. My son loved the game room at townhouse. Very nice and we will definetly stay here in the future! It’s nice to see a rental on VRBO pictures and cleanliness match up with actual listing so thank you!

Amazing location, amazing stay

We booked this property for it's location, very close to Disney.The property exceeded our expectations! This kids loved it, we loved it. Comfy beds and large bedrooms. We would definitely return here.The host was especially easy to communicate with, not that we had to much as everything with the stay was perfect.Thank you for an amazing experience for our first visit to Orlando.

Perfect for Orlando Vacay!

Perfect location for getting to everything a tourist would want to visit. Townhome also offered everything for staying in for a day to relax and recharge, including having grocery and restaurants nearby.

Super Clean and Accommodating!

Arelis was awesome! She immediately got back with us to see if our two small dogs were welcome! And they were! The house was super clean and had plenty of room, towels, dishes, utensils, basically everything one would need to feel like home! The furnishings were updated, the mattresses comfy, there was a TV in every room! Bathrooms were clean and we especially loved the master bath shower! It was so roomy! Although we did not need it, there was a crib and high chair for babies. For our teens, there was game room in the garage with a hockey table, basketball, and a large bean bag to hang out after a long day of exploring the theme parks. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and bonus there friendly cranes that would just walk around the neighborhood like they were home! My husband and I definitely recommend staying here! We will definitely return! Thank you so much Arelis for your outstanding hospitality!

Great time in Davenport

Very nice new townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and highway access to all Orlando attractions. Everyone had a great time and our grandson really enjoyed the pool, mini golf and children's water play area.

Amazing Stay

We recently stayed for a family trip to Orlando in September for 6 days. The home exceeded our expectations! Super easy check in and easy communication with the host to ask any questions we had. The home was impeccable and beautifully decorated. Spacious home,very clean, and had everything we need to prepare meals. We traveled with an 8 month old and 16 month old and was super helpful to have everything we needed in the home (including dish washer and washer/dryer) and the rooms were spacious where we could comfortably fit the playpens for the babies. Convenience wise, there are many close shopping centers and restaurants. We spent most of our days in Disney so we didn’t have a chance to take advantage of everything but the stay also includes access to the community pool, gym, etc. Very happy with our stay!!!

.Its better equipped than Our Home .. The Beds are so comfortable you think you are sleeping in the Clouds.. The Game Room kept Us Entertained for hours

Fantastic Stay with Modern Comforts!

My recent stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of amazing! The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to explore, which made our vacation so much more enjoyable. Quick hello to family

This property far exceeded my expectations. Smooth check in process with concise instructions. Host Sylvia and Arelis were very professional and amiable and made me feel very welcomed as if it were my home 😃 only regret is that I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the amenities of club house and tranquility festival enclaves has to offer. I highly recommend for short visits and especially for long stays. Can’t beat the price!
