Poolside 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo Close to Disney!

We have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished condo for rent in the gated community of Legacy Dunes in Kissimmee, Florida just 6 miles from Disney. The condo is located on the second floor in the building closest to the main swimming pool. It is 1,110 square feet with an open floor plan and a screened in balcony.

The condo has everything you need for a great vacation and offers so much more space than a hotel room! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin/double beds. Our kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances, plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you will need to prepare your own meals! The condo has an open floor plan with dining room and living room (complete with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a queen size sleeper sofa). Condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

The condo has a screened patio seating area to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. You can pack light since we have a full size washer/dryer as well as an iron/ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

The condo is conveniently located near the clubhouse and swimming pool area with easy access to all of the amenities. Legacy Dunes has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, gym and fitness center, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and much more. A great place for the entire family to enjoy.

The condo is located just 6 miles from Disney off of Highway 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, banks and everything you need located nearby.

A Lovely place! We will be back!

We were so pleased with our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and equipped with anything you might need. The pool was wonderful and had extended hours so you could enjoy a later evening swim or an early morning dip. We were very impressed with the owner. We knew from the beginning that we picked the right place to stay. When we arrived later in the evening and I realized that I had misplaced the access information, we thought that it would be an involved process to get access. It was the complete opposite. Darlene answered right away and very sweetly walked us through the process and even stayed on the phone until we were in. When a repair was needed, Darlene had the issue quickly addressed and it did not interfere with our plans at all. We enjoyed our stay and this would be our first choice when we visit the area again!

Great Place!

VRBO is located close to all the Disney parks,shops, and numerous restaurants. We found it to be clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. We appreciated the security and many amenities including the wonderful pool and gym. Excellent communication with the owner. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again :)

Home away from home

The condo had everything we needed for our stay to feel right at home. The property was as described as check in was very easy and communication was excellent and they were very accommodating. The pool was a great cool off at the end of thr day and the beds were extremely comfortable. The condo was perfectly located close to everything. I highly recommend this place if your in the area.

Amazing, homey condo

My husband, son, and I enjoyed a great time at this lovely condo. The owners made the reservation, check-in, and check-out process super easy and had a lot of info about the area in their welcome book. The organization made it super easy to find the gate passes and parking permits as well. We had an awesome time while in the area on business and the neighborhood amenities were great! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Getaway from the MN cold

The location was great and convenient to stores, restaurants, golfing, etc. Has a great little screened in balcony area w/table & chairs for 4. The place was very roomy, clean, along with comfortable beds. A minor issue was the condo was suppose to be overlooking the pool area and it was the parking lot. I communicated with the host. She apologized for the miss information property management used for the listing as they have two condos in the development. Everyone still enjoyed themselves and overall was a nice experience. :)

Just what we needed

It was a great central location for our visit . We had a couple really nice pool days. We visited Indian Rocks beach and Daytona beach. Our kids loved the heated pool. The owners are very kind and made sure our stay was great.
